Lmao. I think people are making OP like Naruto in that in that unless you name is xxx character you have no chance against a top tier character. I doubt that Zoro would win against Migawk even if Mihawk is using a knife. But I also doubt that Mihawk would lose while using his knife and actually trying. That being said I think that they would tie. Zoro taking more overall damage than Mihawk, but not enough to say that he lost to Mihawk, so kinda like Sabo v. Fuji a draw. If Mihawk used his actual sword then yes it would be close to a low to mid diff fight.

OT: If OP is 60% finished then Luffy must be atleast 75% admiral level and his opponents must also be close to that level. Luffy will become the strongest pirate before the end of the series. That doesn't mean that he won't have tough competition in the like of BB and Kidd. I think that Kidd v Kaido will show us how far the SN are to Amirals and Yonko.

Mihawk and shanks are friends but he obviously works under him so that he can survive in new world without any interference of other great pirate, this involves for every shichibukai like doffy. Mihawk doesnt seem like the type of guy to work directly under someone, like them having control over what he does. He is a WL but he barely even complies to there way of thinking, even goes out of his way to meet shanks to update him on Luffys status change. So while i can say that he may be Allianced with Shanks, which could give a better reason as to why he wouldnt attack him during TWoTB, it wouldnt make him an underling. Kinda like Law and Luffy or the Kidd alliance. Difference is that Mihawk has pure autonomy to do as he pleases in the ocean lol.

Let's say back in Arlong, Zoro was a 10 while Mihawk was a 100. Zoro went all out while Mihawk used about as much effort as a 25. Zoro got low diffed because Mihawk used a level that's above Zoro by 15. Fast forward to present day, assuming Mihawk hasn't gotten any stronger, Zoro could be about a 60 now. If they fought now, Mihawk could use the effort of a level 75. Even though Zoro shot up in strength, there's still enough between them for Mihawk to produce the same result as last time, all Zoro making tons of progress means Mihawk has to use a ton more effort.

Yea like I said. Mihawk would have to be very serious, probably has to go full throttle with that knife to take Zoro down. He would still win but with waaay more effort.

People have got to realize Someone like Vergo would have stomped the pre skip Supernova like Kizaru if he wanted, that's how big the gap is between them pre skip and the stronger characters.

I never said that that's guaranteed to happen. It's also not guaranteed it won't. That's simply an explanation of how it could happen. How about you actually explain why the logic is terrible.

Mihawk said with the proper Busoshoku, any blade can become Yoru. Unless you think Zoro's Haki is comparable or equal to Mihawk's, Zoro can't cut through the blade. There's zero evidence Zoro can cut through Mihawk's.

And why are people bringing up the two years like that's some huge amount of time? Rayleigh said he was surprised Luffy progressed as much as he did in two years because two years isn't enough to master the BASICS of Haki. Even if we assume Zoro had the same special growth, what's two years of making it past the basics compared to how long Mihawk must have had Haki? Bear in mind Ray's statement implies he didn't master the basics in two years, and he's a monster placed in the same light as Whitebeard by Garp.

Mihawk wins very high diff, we haven't even see the new Zoro to his max level, but Mihawk wasn't at even at 5% of his power when he used that short knife at Baratie. So mihawk wins with very high diff.

Implying that Mihawk could actually clash head on with Zoro in that situation, plus even if he did Mihawk still has the physical stats of a top tier and the haki of one, look a DD a high tier who was brawling against Luffy and it solid without a DF, now someone like Mihawk who doesn't even need a DF and is most depend on his skills and physical power. Takign away his knife won't take away his his top tier physical sats and haki. Zoro gets butchered.
