All of what you stated is true except you forgot that Sasuke got his Rinnegan from the SO6P meaning that his Rinnegan is more superior to that of Madara. Madara did work harder for the Rinnegan but according to the feats in the manga it says that Sasuke has surpassed him.

His Rinnegan has tomoes and is more powerful than Madara's, but if your are referring to Juubi Jin Madara then yes he is stronger. Sasuke is stronger than non-JJ Madara.
