All of what you stated is true except you forgot that Sasuke got his Rinnegan from the SO6P meaning that his Rinnegan is more superior to that of Madara. Madara did work harder for the Rinnegan but according to the feats in the manga it says that Sasuke has surpassed him.

It never said anywhere that sasuke surpassed madara, this wouldn't have been discussed if it was, and as far as feats go, sasuk'e eye was not shown to be superior to madara's.
