Without Madara around, there's no reason for Obito to revive him, and with no Black Zetsu there's no Kabuto to revive Madara.

Yet he got soloed by BZ and manipulated like a furball. Naruto's version of peace was exact, Madara was living a false lie that he himself did not know what he was getting into. After becoming JJ that version of soloing just left him and instead he was getting soloed by Naruto and Sasuke. A saviour does not simply let other people step over his soul though Obito was the worst in the getting stepped over category.
