No one so far has even been able to get a good look at the guy since he attacks at night...

I see. that may be because they question they're ability to catch the guy and how the hole in the chest is caused. presumably only the police or military would have the means to cause it...but when things like this happen and people aren't being caught everyone suspects everyone I think.

(The tour continues and aside from the one incident before everything seemed normal around the island, well except for some ppl being a little more worried than usual, but again that kind of thing was to be expected. By the time the tour ends it is getting close to nightfall.)
