Why? His purpose wasn't to fight Oro. It was just to kill him. He could have killed him in any state, there is nothing cowardly in that. And the reason he chose to kill Oro was because Oro was no longer of any use to him, and at that point only Oro was of no use to him since a weakened Oro was of no advantage to Sasuke. Sasuke didn't leap to kill him because he was weakened. Even if Oro was healthy and Sasuke felt he was of no use to him, Sasuke still would have beat him up.

A healthier Oro would have given him a fight, but Sasuke would've stood firm and fought regardless like he did against Killer Bee. Sasuke is not a coward. He didn't kill Oro in weakened state because he couldn't fight Oro otherwise.

"Always" picking on the weak and sick, huh? So was Diedara weak and sick? Was Danzo weak and sick? Was Killer Bee weak and sick? Were the Five Kage weak and sick? Was the entire Leaf village weak and sick? Was Madara weak and sick? Was Naruto weak and sick?

Sasuke fought people who were weak and sick like Oro. But he also fought people who were stronger than he was like Diedara, Killer Bee, Five Kages, Leaf Village (planned to fight) and Madara. So what does that say about his character? Or only Sasuke's negative aspects say something about his character and positive aspects remain silent?

I see it as cowardly. If you think differently I could careless.

Sasuke is not cowardly, so the reason he killed Oro is weakened state only points to one thing. He did it because he had to at that time. Why wait for someone to get healthy and strong to fight them when you can just kill them off (even if you can fight them when they are healthy and strong)?
