Exactly. He could fight a healthy Oro, but why wait for him to get healthy (i.e. do something stupid) when he's already weakened and easier to take out. All he did was kill Oro when his use was finished regardless of whether he was strong or weak. He didn't specifically wait for Oro to weaken because he couldn't take on a healthy Oro. Those dumb Sasuke haters...

its only dumbasses that would talk about fighting fair in a shinobi world. there are no rules out there, you do what you have to attain your objective, use whatever means necessary, either through gaining more power, or playing smart and taking advantage of your enemys weakness which is what sasuke simply did. its all part of their repertoire. according to the logic of some clowns in this thread, sasuke should wait till oro is healthy before he strikes, as if that would be wise considering the guy is after his body and taking him down at full power would be extremely difficult if at all possible. smh, sasuke simply played it smart
