Hi sensei, so I heard you wanted to join the Spider gang. Who's your favorite Spider-man and why?

(Kumo Senshi) Spider Suit
Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30 (-5 chakra per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The spider suit, perhaps the most iconic weapon/armor of all the Spider Warriors, is actually an ability learned by said warriors when they've reached the level of matriculation with Spider Ninjutsu. By first learning how to create silk/web from their bodies the warriors are sent through extensive training to learn how to produce this webbing from all conceivable parts of the exterior of their skins. After months and months only a few end up learning this technique, the failures are sent back to ground level to start over. How the suit comes into existence is by the user focusing his chakra throughout his skin and then release a thin layer of web all over his body, the web will seem to consume him and covers his clothes with skin tight silk. The webbing is alive like, with chakra constantly pulsing through it much like the user's own skin. It is intricately woven, capable of withstanding great force and stress a well as unique color changing capabilities to help the Warrior blend in with surroundings. Depending on his taste and mood the suit may change color giving him essentially a new identity. The main abilities of the suit is the way it allows the user to produce web strings from his hands or feet by using the webbing it is made up of. These webs spawned from the suit are very special in that they are directly linked to the user's chakra and are to be used as extensions of his own chakra system, allowing moves that would otherwise require direct contact to be performed via the webbing such as the Super Added Weight Technique. Of course as soon as the web is used its replenished due to the constant chakra circulating it.

-Can only be activated once per battle
-Once activated it, it lasts until cancelled
- Requires users to have signed the Spider Contract
- Web/silk projections are D ranked in strength, can extend up to mid-range and don't take up one of the allotted three slots, however, it can't be used to attack the opponent in a direct manner.

The user first has create a thin layer of web to cover their body (just like what Silk use to do) and having the ability to blend in with is surroundings is basically what Miles Morales can do xd the suit gives us the ability to shoot web from their hands or feet good to be able to bind people down. A great thing is the web allowing the user to use the weight jutsus through the webs.


(Kumo Ninpo: Doku Heiki)- Spider Ninja Arts: Venomous Weaponry
Type: Supplementary/Offensive

Description: Similar to the concept of Malice Bombs, shinobi of the Spider contract have learned to harness the powerful venom of some of the most dangerous spiders in their arsenal. The venom, once gained, is then applied to the ninjas' weapons to offer much more lethal potential beyond sharp blades and blunt edges. Unlike Malice Bombs, the venom isn't specified (neither Necrotic or Neurotic) and is a cocktail of both variants. Also, the venom isn't vaporized but is kept in liquid form but dried when placed on the weaponry. This way the venom can stay discreet and catch the opponent by surprise should he be as much as grazed by said weapon(s). However, to coat so many weapons in venom it looses its toxicity as it is 'stretched' among so many tools. Instead of grim and immediate effects like that of Malice Bombs the effects of the venomous weaponry are much more mild, but when applied in large amounts can prove their destructive power. For an opponent grazed, slashed, or stabbed by the weaponry he/she will lose feeling in said limb area affected. They will still be able to move it and have it function on their behalf, but sensation would be lost as well as the spider venom settling in their system. One graze is mild and will probably go unnoticed. Each time the opponent is afflicted with these venomous weapons it equals to a D ranked attack, and it stacks each time they get exposed to the weapons so a second occasion will turn the D ranked affliction into a C ranked affliction. Then on the next exposure it turns to a weak B ranked, then a full fledged B ranked. If the opponent manages the venom to be stacked to that of a full S ranked technique they will die as the venom builds up in the their system over time. So in total it takes sixteen strikes from a venomous weapon to kill the opponent (x16 D ranks= 1 S rank) and this can come in the form of slashes, stabs, and cuts as mentioned before, below is a small table of ranks and accompanying afflictions:

D Rank= No noticeable affliction
C Rank= Slowed reaction and cognitive actions
B Rank = Blurred vision, slightly slurred speech
A Rank= Involuntary coughing, bleeding from eyes, nose, mouth and ears
S Rank= At the end of the turn victim dies

Note(s):
- Can only be applied to weapons with blades such as kunai, swords, shurikens
- Bios with this ability must specify which type of weapon is being used as venomous, meaning one can't have venomous shurikens and a venomous sword
- Must have signed the Spider contract

Its basically a slow killing venom that is applied to weapons you have. Would be great for Arrows or my Reaper Scythe Arts. Only downside is not being able to apply it to more than one weapon ^^

Ok for Spider Suit, not just weight techniques, but those that require physical touch such as Loss of Memory Technique as the webs are an extension of your chakra. So if you're above the ground say Mid ranged and you want to form the Earth and Stone Dragon, which requires you to be within short ranged of the ground, you could fire the web(s) and have them latch on to the ground making you indirectly 'in contact' with the ground. Then you just perform the technique, creating an Earth and Stone Dragon while Mid Ranged in the air. The other possibilities are endless, I need not go into too much detail ;)

And for Venemous Weaponry, yea that's pretty much it. I wanted to put a bow on my Miles bio but that would break lore, so I'd just make a web bow and arrow to function as the same thing xD.

Description: The user will perform the Dog sign and user their chakra to have a ring of water to form around them. The user will than swing their hand forwards above the ring releasing ninja tools made out of water (up to 15 tools per use) . The user can shape the water into shuriken, kunai, senbon, swords, etc. and releases them towards the opponent.
Note: Usable 4 times
Note: Must be taught by Korra
Note: Requires a water source

Nice way to attack in rapid fire like by shooting tools at multiple enemies for example. I assume the ranks aren't divided among the tools and they're all A ranked? Only downside is its dependence on a water source.

(Aisu Joō no Hōrudo) The Ice Queen's Hold

Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 20

Description: The user will use their sword and channel chakra into it. The user will swing their sword in a circular motion using the chakra in the sword to create 6 star figures, double the size of normal shurikens, in front of them. The user will then point the sword at the opponent and have the stars launch at the opponent when the starts get to the opponent the stars form into a collar like object that attaches onto the opponent and then squeezes the opponent and bind them so that the user can strike them. If the opponent has strength or speed like A, 3rd Raikage, Tsuande, Sakura, etc. the opponent can break free of the bind.
Note: Usable 4 times a match
Note: Bind last for 1 turn.
Note: Must be taught by Blake Belladonna

What can I say? Its a nice 50 Shades of Grey setting. I personally see me using this for RP purposes outside of battle, like for interrogation or carrying a body around. Nice work, and RWBY rocks.

Description: A unique and tricky technique, requires the finesse of a water affinity to be completed perfectly due to its complexity and range. The technique begins with two hand seals (Ram➡Boar) where the user will begin an uppercut motion with his dominant arm, as he does this a thin film of water flat and round spanning 5m in diameter and mere centimeters in height would condense from the air above him. As he punches, his hand passes through this film sending splashes of water into the air above. As the splashes fly upward they grow exponentially in size gathering moisture from the atmosphere while joining together until 4 dense comets of water each the size of an adult bear come crashing down anywhere the user wills up to long ranged. The user can choose to release all comets at once for maximum splash damage or one at a time for strategic importance, however at one at a time the user has to remain focused on the technique and is unable to perform any other chakra needed techniques until the move is finished.

- Can only be done 2×
- Bios with Suiton primary affinity can perform this without the need for hand seals

(Pawāringu) Power Ring

Description: This Power Ring is worn by the user and glows different colors depending on the users emotion when activated. Green - Will, Indigo - Compassion, Red - Rage, Blue - Hope, Star Sapphire - Love, Yellow - Fear, Orange - Greed, Black - Death and White - Life. By channeling their chakra into the ring, it glows bright green and can be used to create weapons like hammers, swords, kunai, and shields made up of pure chakra that stay connected to the ring by a chakra chain. When creating a shield the shield can block up to B rank elemental jutsus (withing reasonable size) and ninja tools. If the shield goes against a A rank jutsu, the shield will block it but be destroyed and will automatically loose to S rank jutsus.
Note: Have to be taught how to use the ring by Blake Belladonna
Note: When creating weapons and shields it counts as a move.
Note: If the ring comes off the user it deactivates and the user must wait 3 turns so it can charge.

Description :
The User releases a burst of chakra from around there body and moves in a certain direction, whether it be forward, upwards, backwards or to the side the chakra will remain where they once stood manifesting into an element to carry different effects. The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne
Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.


Restrictions
- Can't be use another ability in the same turn as a different one
- Usable 4 times a battle
- Requires a turn cool down after each use.

I've grasped its concept and can already think of a few scenarios it'll come in handy. Only drawback right now for me is there is no wind shadow :(
