since wind is generally stronger than lightning it would win but since they are of the same rank it will cancel each other out

wind beats lightning first and foremost...
well faust wouldnt see anything once the blast of wind is made, but before that, faust can see tobz going underground and such.
and since atsugai got weakened by lightning (idk how since wind beats lightning lol) it would give faust a lil bit of visibility on tobz, and faust would proably see that tobz's gone underground, thus using kagero, and killing him.

Then again does he have enough time to do it? I doubt that Zetsu goes into water veins and roots and be able to attack at the same time.
