The Raikage takes some Raiton Prospects into the Clouds.

He begins to concentrate as muh chakra as he can in his palms and then, he extendes his palms which are crackling with lightning chakra and releases it into a cracling stream of lightning which hits another nearby rock.*

(Raiton: Raikyu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Ball

This is easy enough. Place your hands together and focus lightning chakra in both. then using shape manipulation create a sphere of lightning.

He charges his raiton chakra in his palms while releasing it to balance it perfectly.As the cloud is no more of an issue, he begins to concentrate further and further raiton chakra into his palms. The he slowly begins to separte them and see how the lightning crackles between them. Then he utilizes shape manipulation to turn the crackling eletric energy into a shiny orb of light. By adding further chakra the orb grows bigger. Until it's the width of his shoulders.*

Now the orb is no bigger than the palm of his hand. He rebalances his raiton chakra with the outer lightning to keeps it controlled and the cloud outside, calm.*

*gulps as he hears the lightning crackling. he quickly cuts the chakra flowing into the orb, and begins to make it smaller and smaller. Until the cloud around him clams down and soothes. Now the orb is no bigger than the palm of his hand. He rebalances his raiton chakra with the outer lightning to keeps it controlled and the cloud outside, calm.*

I start to focus lightning chakra between my two palms and create a small tennis ball sized ball of lightning. I then slowly pull my palms apart while channeling more lightning chakra into the ball. As my palms move apart the ball of lightning grows until it is the size of a beach ball. I balance the chakra and keep my concentration making sure to keep the lightning balanced and in check.
