Himawari wouldn't be able to do that again, on the sense of knocking someone out in one hit with a single finger. The whole sense of it was for humor, but it doesn't diminish her personality and traits. Given when she gets angry, she is reminsicent of her grandmother.
Like her Grandmother, and even Sakura, when they get angry they knock the men around them out. Hell, Kushina punching the snot out of Minato doesn't mean she can one shot him, same goes for Sakura doing it to Naruto.
There's no logical way for Himawari to hit a single tenkatsu point and for Naruto to fall asleep, unless she hit an extreme pressure point. Like someone said, it looked like she striked the point in his nutsack, making it a instant KO
