Base Naruto is incredibly fast. His adult base speed should be around the 4th's speed level. SM Naruto would be even faster.

WTH? That's no reason to say Sasuke was trying to blitz Naruto. Who blitzes someone like that? Coming front line like that and not behind? And if Sasuke wanted to kill Naruto, why didn't he prepare and attack and just came with bare fists? Shouldn't he have Chidori or something like that? Who kills someone with bare hands? Sasuke had no intention of blitzing Naruto, he wasn't using his full speed and he wasn't using Ameno. It was just a clash.

Just because Sasuke's purpose was to kill Naruto doesn't mean his each and every move was intended on killing Naruto. If that was the case, then Sasuke would've absorbed Bijuus chakra and created Indra's Arrow much earlier while Naruto wouldn't have enough natural energy to counter that. Sasuke was first trying to urge Naruto into using his full power before they both fought seriously.

In that case you are wrong. Naruto's physical speed (including his base speed) increased throughout the entire series. The gaiden showed Naruto has incredible base speed. While Sasuke gained a S/T jutsu to increase his speed.

Smh just becuz narutos speed hasnt being shown at base doesnt mean he wouldnt be fast at base you people want to assume that just becuz hes in his KCM or BM hes using his speed all the time but i rest this on kishi he only demonstrates narutos speed like 1-4 panels then hes back fighting normal.
