Her character development was shit throughout the entire story. She only got a little better when Sasuke was not around, then she sees Sasuke and starts fangirling again. Pathetic smh.

As for strength development she was ordinary af. Kishi had to give a small fck about her because he accidentally made her the heroine lmao. Her Sasori fight was good and then she turns irrelevant until when she awakens the Byagoku. After she does a bit of remote healing she turns irrelevant again. Great character man lmao.

Her skill was comparable to Kakshi, and she was already in the Jonin mind frame, There was no reason she shouldn't have been powerful, especially given her teacher, And she didn't cry and be useless, she only cried because sasuke left...naruto *****ed about it...alot...and Sakura was never useless, she safed Naruto and Sasuke alot.
