Lol, that wasn't flight speed, that was just Naruto using Shunshin. That feat had absolutely nothing to do with flight speed. Sasuke's PS's flight speed also has nothing to do with failing to hit Kaguya, it's his striking speed that lacked. Then there's the fact that Sasuke's PS has shown much better feats afterwards, notably in VoTE and in Gaiden.
