Assuming he has half of hagoromo's on top of the juubi then he would easily be above jj madz who only had the juubi plus some sm chakra from hashirama.

His susano'o would be above madara's and he would almost be as strong as jj hago.

Sasuke rinnegan is special he has one but it has the power of two. He was able to make 9 chibaku tensies in one move and absorb all Bijuu Chakra with Hagoromo level chakra control.

Well considering the huge boost Madara got after he absorbed the Juubi, Rinnegan Sasuke getting the Juubi would get an even greater boost, which means he would be far above Madara, even more so when you consider that Sasuke with the Bijuu enhanced Susano'o alone is stronger than Madara.

Yes, but take away chakra and powers of Rikudou at Sasuke then..

If Sasuke activated the rinnegan alone as Madara, it would not be so strong.
