I'm too lazy to properly cnc lol
But the twirl filter on the C4D's, I feel are twirled while being in the canvas of the tag (hence the jagged appearance) so you should open it in a new tab and then apply the twirl filter and then convert it to a smart object and drag it over to the canvas and then resize.. the jagged appearance should be gone (it depends if the C4D's a large file also)
