Description: The user covers part of his body (or the entirety of it) with steel scales to dramatically increase his offense and defense power. When punching while covered by these scales, the user will have increased strength to that of tsunades punches. These scales are strong enough to shatter bone and rock alike, resilient against regular flames (B rank or below), and much harder than normal steel. This is a more advanced version of Steel Release: Impervious Armour as it covers the entire body and and increases offensive powers at the same time. Though the jutsu adds +10 to taijutsu, as the users skin is as hard as steel, the defence propperties are equal to A rank steel.

Note: Lasts 2 turns per use

(Kōton: Tetsuryū no Hōkō)- Iron Dragon's Roar

Description: After gathering chakra into his mouth, the user shapes it into a powerful tornado which he subsequently emits and sends towards his foes. Such tornado possesses immense force, being capable of generating powerful blast like a hurriane and inflicting heavy blunt damage, but also releases sharp shards of steel in the process, to shred the opponents' body. This blast is very large and consists of 1000 small blades of steel.(see below for how it looks). The tornado controls the 1000 small sharp blades of steel the slice whatever they hit like it was being cut by 1000 super sharp razor blades.

(鉄竜の鋼拳 Tetsuryū no Gō Ken) - Iron Dragon's Hard Fist

Description: After having turned his body to steel through any method the user will release more chakra into their hands and feet to increase the strength of their taijutsu. With this technique the user will enhance their taijutsu attacks with more chakra that increases their punching and kicking power and speed. Because of this, when the user punches forwards the force behind the punch sends a shockwave forwards up to 5 meters pushing back anything it comes into contact with. Normally when a user is punched or hit by steel it's enough to fracture or break bones upon contact, with this, if the user makes contact the force behind the attack sends a shockwave through what is hit shattering the target (based on rank and elemental strengths still). For example if a bolder was hit in one place by this attack, there would be a shockwave sent through the bolder shattering it into pieces. If a ninja was hit in one rib with this, it would send a shock through that side of their ribcage breaking their ribs on that side of their body.

✦ Declined, what causes the shockwave to happen? Just the impact of being hit? I dont think that's really within Steel abilities. It seems close to the Gyojin CC abilities. ✦

 Declined  Why is this forbidden rank? 4 turns max. Ninjutsu,Taijutsu and Kenjutsu...you mean to tell me he can use all basic 5 elements as well as Taijutsu and Kenjutsu? No. He can only use one element of your choosing not all 5. Ninjutsu encompasses both regular, non elemental ninjutsu as well as elemental ninjutsu. By saying ninjutsu it can easily be expoited.​

(Kita no Ten no ryu)-Dragon of the North Heaven

Description: This is the epitome of the fighting style. After charging the entire body with chakra with all 6 blades in hand. Using the mastery of shape manipulation of chakra the user covers himself in a great amount of chakra in the shape of an eastern style dragon the same size of the tailed beast. This ethereal dragon made of raw chakra is able to stay active unless jutsu of the same rank counters it whether its elemental jutsu or not due to the shape manipulation. While the jutsu is active provides an A-rank defense and an S-rank attack with a sweep of it’s claws caused by the swinging motion of the users blades. Since this technique is performed by releasing chakra from the entire body it could be used to release A-rank genjutsu or lower.
note: jutsu last up to 3 turns
note: after jutsu deactivates user is no longer to utilize the Ten no ryu no Tsume.
note: user can’t use Kenjutsu A-rank or higher due to exhaustion since the techniques a great amount of chakra.

✦ Declined, the scale of this is entirely too big lol. Tailed Beast size? That's too high. Also, since it would be a Forbidden ranked chakra surge, it would naturally release up to S rank genjutsu. My thing is, though, the CFS is centered around releasing chakra from your blades within your hands, which are held like claws. Okay, cool. You're adding chakra to your whole body to form a type of ethereal dragon to enhance this. Okay, I'm cool with that as well. But you need to make this better. At this level, it's basically just an S rank jutsu that you want for Forbidden ranked. ✦

Description: The user can create up to four blue lightning dragons creatures which emanate at a different vibration then regular Lightning jutsu. This different vibration of lightning chakra will have a spring coil likeness to it. These dragons are each 3 feet in length and 2 feet in diameter thickness (when 4 have been released, but as one, x4 each width & length). The spring like coil and hoping state of this lightning jutsu, gives the miniature dragons ability to outwit objects in the way as they head forward only toward their enemy when released from the hands of the user. These Dragons aren't controlled by the user once released, they will operate on a simple instinct 'kill the target(s)' as they (ARH) lock on and track the target autonomously till they shock them. While these dragons are coiled they'll appear as a ball of ration in their user's hands, in that state of a sphere that covers the user's hand as if boxing gloves(in height/length 6-inchs, given it's condensed state) aren't formed to impale. Given that they don't kill on contact but, will rather shock the enemy also paralyze them.

Notice:
These dragons can chase up to 4 people, as they'd split up the targets upon themselves.
Once shocked paralyzation lasts 1 turn if successful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty.

Description: The user starts by channeling his Ration chakra into one or both of his hands. Using shape manipulation, they can release the lightning chakra in the form of a claw/horn in either short or long form on their arm(12 inches to 16 inches in length, 3/8 inches in width). While depending on the amount of chakra used, streaming A-rank raiton chakra makes the 16 inches form state. When formed the lightning blade(s) vibrate at a high frequency, it creates a short loud strained-bird chirp-like sound. The blade(s) within is a collected rotation of ration acting as a chain saw at such a high speeds, for temperature of the blades increase in length. While against other ration jutsu, Dantō has the ability to steal ration chakra from other lighting jutsu within range, by sending out bursts of ration currents that connect with other ration jutsu thus leeching off the power of the other jutsu. This leeching/draining power is limited to one rank lower than it's desired state, that takes 1 turn for that ration jutsu to be nullified/ drained by Dantō. While as an extremely powerful and devastating melee weapon in close quarters combat. A single strike can penetrate through solids as butter, being able to slice through the toughest metals or jutsu(s) [all depending on the Elemental S&W]. Dantō in most cases is fatal — as the blade passes through the body, the innards of the body are burned and cauterized by the temperatures produced by the blades. Survival is minimal at best and in the case of non-vital organs being stabbed with the energy, proper medical treatment must be applied as soon as possible to ensure long term survival.

Description: After performing one handseal(boar), this technique allows the user to change direction while in mid-air by simply streaming violent burst gas out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing Dirt, water or debris being blown in the air, a gas dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement. This distinctive odor of natural gas can influence the area, with a stench powerful enough to make dying vegetation (in an otherwise moist area) over or near areas. During wet areas some may not be able to smell the odor because they have a diminished sense of smell, olfactory fatigue (normal, temporary inability to distinguish an odor after prolonged exposure to it) or because the odor is being masked or hidden by other odors that are present, such as damp, musty soil or chemical odors. In addition, certain conditions in the area and soil can cause odor fade—the loss of odorant so that it is not detectable by smell. This gas is flammable as it stays stationary within the area even after use, either on the ground or right above the ground.

‡ Declined ‡ Remove the Taijutsu boost, that's just unnecessary. I also don't like the fact that this can both "avoid" things and is a jutsu that locks onto the opponent. Will this jutsu avoid opposing techniques? Do you have to control it throughout it's use or does this technique act independent of you? Lastly, a different name would be ideal but that's up to you.

Devil's Fist: Devil's War Skin | Mao Genkotsu: Akuma no sensō
Type: Supplementary/defensive

Description: Devil's war skin is the the "strongest" Devil's fist technique, and also the most dangerous to use. The user starts by doing the standard ability of the style, using fire chakra to heat the skin on the body. Unlike the other techniques created before, this one takes the heat to the next level. The user focuses the fire chakra to every piece of skin on his body, heating it to an amazing extent. The users body would near instantly become burning red or pinkish, with a gloss like look to it. The heat continously causes the user to sweat, but the sweat is evaporated even quicker, making it seem as if the user's entire body was letting off steam. With the skin reaching a certain level of heat within the matter of seconds, the user stops pouring katon chakra into his skin and allows the heat to sit. The heat is so much that it would stay that temperature for 4 turns before finally cooling down, and ending the techniques affects.

Once activated the heat highly enhances the users taijutsu capabilities due to the heat of the skin. Everything the user touches with his skin would become scorned on contact, melting the opposing object to a certain degree if reasonable. This makes taijutsu used along side this much more dangerous to be struck by or to physically defend from. Along with this, the heat generated from the skin adds extra heat to the fire techniques used through the body, giving it a slight boost in power. This scorching skin even works as defensive mechanism, seeing as things would be burned when coming into contact with it. The users skin becomes capable of completely evaporating a water technique within reason (up to A rank) when coming into contact with it, due to the heat near instantly heating and dissipating the liquid before it could do any harm. Though if the user is hit directly with an S-rank, the water would be evaporated but the users skin would be completely cooled down thus ending this technique. This also works on earth techniques, melting the earth (A-rank and below) whenever it comes in contact with the users skin.

This of course comes with its drawbacks. The heat on the skin isn't being controlled so it starts to slowly burn itself, leaving the users skin burned all over his body. It puts him through constant pain seeing as throughout 4 turns his skin would feel like flames themselves were constantly engulfing him. This makes the user's body hard to move without large amounts of pain once deactivated, thus dropping the user's speed and movements by a rank.

✦ Declined, drawbacks aren't enough for this jutsu. Simply losing one rank in speed isn't sufficient; this needs to cause physical damage that hinders the user more as well as restrict from using DF and Fire for a set amount of time.✦

(Doton: Tsuchiumare) - Earth Release: Dirtborn

Description: Dirtborn is a technique made for tracking purposes, and overall view of the field, above and underground. After unleashing a pulse of chakra throughout the earth, the user is capable of creating a visual overview of the field, mapping it out in his head in a 3D perspective per say. All will become visible to the user, pressure marks, ridges, highs and lows of the ground, allowing him to manually examine certain areas in order to 'read' the nature's tracks. This is highly effective for hunting, or tracking down animals such as stags, however later have been adapted into means of warfare as well as to track escaped prisoners, intruders etc. A user of this technique is capable of tracking other ninjas equalling his own rank. All will become visible to the user, pressure marks, ridges, highs and lows of the ground, allowing him to manually examine certain areas in order to 'read' the nature's tracks. The method however has been adapted into means of warfare as well as to track escaped prisoners, intruders etc. A user of this technique is capable of tracking other ninjas equalling his own rank. ✦Declined, no Forbidden ranked jutsu will last indefinitely; this needs an actual turn based limit and a better drawbacks than merely -15 damage to the user; it needs something that actually limits and hinders you because practically, -15 damage does nothing answer we all know that. This technique is activated by focusing more chakra into the user's blade, and then spinning it in a figure eight while the parent technique is active. This technique empowers the abilities of Raijinshō, now allowing it to affect any technique with chakra in it, regardless of its composition (with the exceptions of things like modes, which is obviously illogical), by augmenting the "magnetized" chakra released by said technique. A by-product of this is, that if Raijinshō turns the user's blade into a lightning rod, this turns the user's blade into a divining rod; the sword will gently sway, if allowed, towards the largest source of foreign chakra present on the field; akin to a compass with magnetic north, or a divining rod with water.

Description: Chakra Charge is an inbuilt mechanic of the ZX Buster style designed to make the style work at maximum efficiency. If the way ZX Buster’s inbuilt mechanics work can be likened to that of a river, then this technique builds a dam. While the method of withholding additional chakra prior to release is the same regardless,the increase in power differs between freeform strikes and ZX Buster techniques.

In freeform, ZX Buster techniques' damage is made up of the physical and chakra blow added together, and can be shot up to short-range away with half that force due to the inbuilt "Ranged Taijutsu" aspect. When charged to at least Lv1 with Chakra Charge, their range is extended to reach to Mid-range, and the power increases depending on the amount of chakra charged up before releasing. A Level 1 charge is equivalent to a B-rank jutsu. A level 2 charge is equivalent to an A rank jutsu. A level 3 charge is equivalent to an S-rank jutsu. They also have the respective chakra costs of using techniques of those ranks. Because of the way ZX Buster functions, this can be applied to both Punches and Kicks from the Style, the ranged Taijutsu chakra shots, chakra constructs, and weaponry attacks. Since ZX Buster does two simultaneous strikes, a physical and chakra blow, it should be noted that the increase in damage from this technique is solely from the chakra; the user’s physical strength is not increasing. The assigned damage values for this technique apply to the chakra attack. When shot from the hands or feet, as a “shot”, the chakra takes on the appearance of a large blast; when used from a weapon it takes the form of a splash-wave (see ZX Buster Submission Videos; appearances are marked with time-stamps).

When done on a technique, all that is done is that additional chakra is added to the technique, and thus adding more force to the blow; to stay with the water analogy, more water means more mass, and thus more force. Simply put, increasing the chakra in the technique increases the amount of damage that said chakra does.

Charging for a Level One technique can be done instantly, but charging for a Level two technique takes three seconds; a Max Level Charge takes Five seconds. A level one charge creates a blue aura around the area being charged; level two, green; Max Level, gold.

Description:
Ōkami is a shifting katana that feeds off the users chakra. It was acquired through weeks of meditation and forged from the soul of its owner and bound by two creeds. Ōkami is inhabited by 3 spirits Kirā(Killer) the black wolf, Byōtō(Ward) the white wolf, and Chi(Blood) the red wolf.

Abilities:
Its base form is a black titanium katana(Kira) and a white osmium sheath(Byoto) connected by a 4ft blood red tungsten chain(Chi). When feed futon chakra followed by the command "Hide Okami" it shifts into a light weight hidden blade with vambrace that attaches to the users dominant wrist(Assassins creed style). When feed katon chakra followed by the command "Burn Okami" Byoto and Chi disappear leaving only a burning Kira, in this form Kira's flame is affected by the chakra cycle and the users katon rank. When feed doton chakra followed by the command "Harden Okami" both Okami melds together to form a giant two handed sword composed of titanium, osmium, and tungsten. In this form the sword has no edge and so cannot cut but can crush and defend against blows dependent on the users doton rank. When feed suiton chakra followed by the command "Flow Okami" Kira and Byoto turn into sickles while Chi extends into a 12ft chain. In this form Okami takes on the properties of suiton and can solidify/liquefy at the users will. When feed raiton chakra and followed by the command "Play Okami" Byoto and Chi disappear leaving a dulled Kira. This form causes the blade to give off an electrical discharge, but its purpose is to temporarily paralyze the targeted area for 1 turn(User has to call out area before hand). If any other area is hit besides the targeted area nothing happens. If Okami is in any way, shape, or form separated from each another they become ordinary katana. If Keji dies without passing off Okami the sword vanishes from the existence.

~Only Keji can wield Okami unless passed off to another

Description: Darui is a fairly tall, dark-skinned man with a slightly bulbous nose, a lazy look in his eyes and shaggy, white hair which covers his left eye. He wears a high-collared, sleeveless uniform with loose fitting pants, bandages on his wrists and the one-strap-over-one-shoulder Flak Jacket of a Kumogakure shinobi. Darui also has stylised characters for water (水) and lightning (雷) tattooed on his right and left shoulders respectively, denoting his chakra's nature affinities, Water Release and Lightning Release, as well as the fact that he has a kekkei genkai, the Storm Release. The tattoo on his left arm also signifies that he has inherited the Third Raikage's black lightning. He carries a broad, foldable, cleaver-like sword, strapped to his back, when outside the village. The Darui puppet is a strong one resembling the resilience of Kumogakure. Darui as the Fifth Raikage adds to Sasori's collection of Raikage puppets. Darui is capable of using all 5 basic elements as well as his unique black lightning and his kekkei genkai, Storm Release. Darui fashions a large cleaver sword that is soaked in poison. Now for the body modifications, Darui can detach any limb on his body and reveal it is connected by a spiked chain(the chain is retractable). This increases the range of his attacks as well as allowing him to grapple things in long range, restraining targets etc. Like Sasori's stomach cable its direction can be changed on whim. Similar to the Sasori puppet, on the palms of Darui's hands he can eject a tube or nozzle that spews out a beam of storm release. The storm release released from his palms are equivalent to A rank in power. The initial blast is like a wave of Storm Release but his hand can be twisted like nobs to narrow the stream to slice through objects or for just pinpoint accurate attacks. The streams ,like Sasori's, can reach up to Long range. Darui's body is durable capable of withstanding punches from Sakura and relatively high ranked jutsu( A rank and below). Like most of Sasori's other puppets, Darui has a compartment for Sasori to switch into.

Description: The user focuses and creates chakra threads out of the bodies of their puppets and forcing them outward so they can attach to another object. The chakra threads can be woven like a net to stop the impact of a technique or close range move. For example, if the opponent were trying to punch the puppet, the user can forcibly sprout chakra threads from the front of the puppet to either stop the attack or injure the opponent. Using more advanced principles of chakra threads, the user can attach these threads to the opponent halting their motion completely and temporarily taking control of their bodies, but this lasts for a very short time but long enough so the user can manipulate the puppet to get out of range of the opponent. in the case that the user uses this technique to temporarily control the opponent it counts as a supplementary usage. A woven net to stop the force or impact of a technique would be a defensive application and using the threads to pierce the flesh of the opponent would be an offensive application of this technique. The supplementary usage can only be used two times per battle and only lasts for the turn it is applied. The defensive application can be used 3 times per battle, being able to block up to A rank taijutsu and elemental techniques of the same rank. While the offensive application can be used 4 times per battle.


✦Pending, not Sure how I feel about that Supplementary use though it's clear that controlling the opponent part won't be as it seems and only to halt their movement if anything. Need to ask about something for this. ✦

Description: The user begins by gathering a large amount of Chakra in the around their eyes. The user then changes the Nature of this Chakra to Lightning, causing small arcs of Lightning to leak forth from their eyes, resulting in a overwhelmingly frightening glare that only an "Emperor" could possess. This gathered Lightning Release Chakra is used to enhance ones visual clarity and perception by assisting the natural responses that undergo to allow one's sight to function. By using this Lightning Chakra to assist their natural biological functions, such as the protein known as , the user is able to increase their visual acuity and perception far beyond that of a regular humans. This is similar in manner to the Raikage's Lightning Armor, which supplements the users physical actions, however, this technique is solely focussed on improving one's sight. This technique is not a Doujutsu, as it provides no additional benefits beyond simply assisting the natural biological functions of the human body. Of course, only the users Tracking capabilities are increased, their Reaction speeds and other such actions are completely unaffected by this technique, still requiring them to keep up with any incoming attacks, despite whether or not they can perceive them. When used in conjunction with a Doujutsu, like the Sharingan or Byakugan, the user's Tracking speed is increased by + 1x, so for example, the Byakugan will achieve a Tracking speed of x4. However, this comes at a severe cost, for if this Jutsu is used in conjunction with a Doujutsu, after 2 turns the Doujutsu immediately deactivates and becomes unusable for 4 turns. This is because this this technique's Supplementary influence "burns out" the users Doujutsu, thus forcing it to deactivate before any permanent damage is caused. When this technique is not used in conjunction with a Doujutsu, or has it active, the user gains Tracking speed of x2 for up to 4 turns, after which the same side effect occurs as when used with a Doujutsu, however not as severe. The user's vision becomes blurred for a short period of time before they can perform the technique again.

Note: If the user performs this technique in conjunction with a Doujutsu, this technique can only be used once per battle.
Note: If the user performs this technique with no other Supplementary techniques that increase Tracking speed (including Doujutsu) this technique can be used twice per battle, but requires a 2 turn cool down period.

Description: This technique is a very advanced futon manipulation based off of the principle of clones. The user will absorb air through the pores of his skin channelling, concentrating and fusing it with futon chakra. The user harbours this concentration throughout his body like a pregnant women harbours a child within herself. This mass of wind and chakra is given sentience and is is like an advanced clone-child of the user, sharing his mentality through sentience however not his body, the child dwells in his concentrated wind like form within(made of only wind and chakra). The clone's composition of wind does not take up much room at all and any change isn't even physically noticeable to the naked eye. This clone lies in wait untill the user himself calls upon the clone as he invokes his futon chakra for a technique. At that point the clone offers half his essence to be birthed into the world and infuses himself with the users chakra which exists the body into the outside world to add onto the users wind technique. This addition of the clones chakra empowers the users technique offering a power boost (+15). Half the clones essence still remains within the user waiting to be called out again. So in total the wind child can only be called upon twice when ever the user wishes, until then the child remains with the user. The absorption of air happens almost instantly and to the naked eye is impossible to see occurring.

It can be like a small .5m by .5m handkerchief to as big as 30m by 30m. The sheet is created short range but can travel up to long range when needed by the user. The sheet can be used to wrap around an object and move them, or push object out of the way and it can be made with sharp or dull edges. It can be used to catch large or small earth materials used by an enemy and throw them back at the opponent. Alternative roles it can play is acting like an umbrella over the user, a make shift bridge or a little fan. Overall the sheet is to act as a general battle aid with not much offensive capabilities. However it is capable of doing physical damage by smashing into the opponent, cutting them or wrapping around them and squeezing. The sheet also requires constant focus and as such cannot use another jutsu while the sheet is being used. The user can at will decrease and increase the size of the sheet upto its allowed max at will, as long as he keeps focus on the sheet.

The fire burns off of the users chakra and requires constant control to maintain. The sheet has no physical form and resembles a wildfire restricted into a geometrical sheet. A simple technique which uses the core concept of Assimilation of all creation technique. It uses the Inverse effect of the assimilation technique on Ninja tools like Kunais, shurikens, Normal Katana etc. The user will channel their chakra into a Ninja tool(s) and manipulate it's physical property in such a way as in to make it gain the physical properties of Object/Terrain that it touches/placed upon. The terrain can only be a Tangible one and not semi tangible or intangible; meaning this technique will not make the Ninja tools to take the properties of air or water. The Object can be any tangible item like a rock, metal, human, cloth, leather or even a summon; It can also be sentient beings like a Earth Golem etc. The user can infuse chakra to the ninja tools that are present in his pouch/holster without taking it out to make the tools take the physical properties of either the user or anything that the user is wearing and attach itself to the user's body. However, if the user wants the tools to take the properties of an object/terrain outside the user's body, One needs to take out the tool and infuse it with his chakra and throw/drop in on the desired location. Once it reaches the intended place, it takes the physical property of the object/terrain in which it is, achieving a certain degree of camouflage which makes it hard for the opponent to deduce that a ninja tools is present or not. With simple hand gesture the user can direct the camouflaged tools present anywhere in the battlefield or his own body to any desired location with chakra infused in it for slightly increased penetration power. Once the tools leaves the object/terrain, it loses the physical property of the object/terrain it masked and reverts back to it's original state. When attached to the body, the user needs to feed a small amount of chakra per turn in order to keep it attached to his body however the user is free to perform other elemental techniques whilst this is active. Directing the infused tools using hand gesture is similar to a freeform infused kunai throw.

This technique is based on the concept of The Hiraishin no jutsu and the fact that using Hiraishin, objects can be teleported anywhere short range from the FTG seals to which it is getting teleported. In order to use this technique, the user must be using the FTG explosive tag variant found . This technique is more of a supplementary technique. The working of the technique is pretty simple, All this technique does is continuously feed an existing FTG seal with multitude of FTG sealed explosive paper tags by teleporting the FTG explosive tags to the seal with the help of Hiraishin no jutsu and exploding them. Just before one tags explodes, another tag get's teleported there thereby creating a chain of explosion. Example say if the user is using the technique with the FTG explosive tags. The user by using this technique will keep teleporting additional FTG explosive tags to feed the parent technique thereby making the explosion a continuous one until the user stops feeding it wil explosive tags. By teleporting the Explosive tags to the seal and making them explode, this technique creates a continuous chain of explosion which not only keeps the explosion going on but also increase the damage created by the parent technique. This technique can not only be used on explosive tag related ninjutsu but on any technique that involves a FTG seal in it. For example say if a Explosive shadow clone with a FTG seal on it is set to detonate, just before the clone gets detonated, the user can use this technique to make FTG explosive tags to teleport to the seal present on the clone thereby making the explosion of the clone a continuous and a powerful one. Since the FTG Explosive tags can be teleported anywhere short range from the seal to which the tags are teleported, this technique is capable of producing a unlocalized continuous explosion that covers a short range radius in the user desired direction for each turn it is kept active. Continuous explosion; sustainable over turns, is possible only on techniques that causes explosion themselves(eg. Hidden explosive tag technique, Explosive clone with a FTG seal), else the explosive tags once teleported gets exploded just to increase the damage of the technique (eg. Shuriken kage bunshin with FTG kunais) and cannot be sustained by making additional tag teleportation over turns.

The User will throw their Sai after Channelling it with Wind Chakra, the Sai will build up becoming like a spinning disc of wind that is more of a distraction to the opponent than the real attack. They will then get behind the opponent using the thrown Sai as a distraction and their speed to perform a kick like how 'Triple Dynamic Entry' works, or they can use their other Sai to stab said opponent. During this attack the user could successfully kick the opponent into the Wind Sai which will cause full damage or when stabbing them cause them to drop their guard and also be hit, however the kick and the stab are freeform and will not do full damage if the Wind Sai doesn't hit.

This requires the use of the Spinning Aspect when holding the Sai. The user will spin both or one of their Sai at an extremely fast pace whilst channeling Wind or Lightning Chakra into them to increase speed or deadliness, Wind is Usually used to increase the speed of the spin to defend against attacks whilst lightning is used to increase deadliness when attacking - though they can use either to defend or attack. The spinning Sai will create two circle like shields that can deflect CQC jutsu or jutsu big enough to cover the user from different sides because the elements expand the size of the spinning Sai's radius, though the size of the spinning radius is controlled by the user whether they want them to cover their whole bodies or not.

When used for attacking the blades thrust forward and spun at the same time acting like buzz saws the severely cut the enemy. Or the user can swipe their arms in two different directions horizontally in front of them whilst spinning the Sai blades, the way these spinning blades are used is up to the user as long as it makes sense. The user can even spin their body around whilst spinning their blades at the same time whether it be in mid air or on the ground

The user can channel channel the element of wind or lightning into either Sai or only a single one. Using one Sai and keeping the other sheathed or in their hand doing nothing, the user will defend attacks and distract the opponent using combos with the single Sai in CQC of their choosing by blocking attacks or hooking the crossguard of the Sai around a sword or limb etc. The distraction is all for the other Sai which is usually (depends on the user) channelled with Chakra whether it be lightning or wind will whip their hand forward (whilst unsheathing the Sai if sheathed) and flicking it forward with great precision all whilst attacking/defending with their other Sai. The hidden Sai will be done low around the waist area whilst the other is usually keeping the opponent's eye busy at chest area, the attack being sort of hidden and quick because of the close range. The lightning can paralyse whereas the wind can cause a internal damage by exhaling through the tip of the blade once it has stabbed the opponent.

Description: This is a jutsu specific to Zetsu. White Zetsu using his ability to plant spores on people and organic material (Black Zetsu will do the same by planting a part of himself (the will of Kaguya) on to different organic materials etc.), plants them at different locations in the battlefield. This can be done at any time during the course of the battle. Planting the spores follow the rules of canon "Spore Technique" which erases the trace of any chakra/spores. Zetsu then materializes himself out of those (maximum 4) spores that he planted, growing into himself, while abandoning his old body. This technique basically divides his entity into 4 equal parts (not creating a clone) that he can handle separately for a maximum of 3 turns; after which they all get combined together to form a single entity. The downfall to being divided is that, his power also gets divided and hence none of the bodies can perform techniques above A-Rank (if 2 bodies exist, then none can perform above S-Rank). However the advantage is that, even if one body survives the attack, the user can gain back his original powers.
Note:

Description: Developed by a ninja in Kumogakure, this technique involves releasing chakra from the entire body to glow like a light source. The user channels his raiton chakra throughout the body which makes his skin glow. The light emmited from his skin is of the highest intensity (S-rank) such that it affects in a way similar to the flashbombs. The light is so intense that the opponent has to either look away or close his eyes as it pricks the retina. The second phase is when, this chakra that resides in the skin, is released into the atmosphere from all around the user in a full body surge. The first and second phase is divided just for understanding; they happen simultaneously. The chakra exits the body in the form of tiny bolts (sand-grain sized) and can easily reside in the moisture in the air. The moment the user releases the chakra, he returns back to the normal color. The tiny bolts of lightening, spreads throughout the battlefield and can be be manipulated with simple hand gestures (similar to Aburame bugs). These tiny bolts can be manipulated to attack the opponent as a whole or in parts (2 each of B-Rank max). These tiny bolts can be easily spotted by naked eyes as they illuminate the entire battlefield. In entirety, these bolts can be compared with water that has a volume of 100 cubic meters. The bolts can only reside in the atmosphere for a maximum of 3 turns before dissipating into nothingness. These tiny bolts can cause paralyzing and numbing effects on the opponent's body. They also leave small burnt marks on the skin due to the high voltage that it passed.

Description: This technique is one of the most powerful techniques of the Shadow Combat Style. Its main motive is to provide the utmost defensive abilities that shadows could ever provide. The user begins by channeling his shadow chakra throughout his body and releasing tendrils of shadows from all the pores in his body. The tendrils will swiftly coil around the body, re-enter the body, re-emerge and coil around the body again. This is a continuous process that coats the user's body in layers of shadows, creating a tight mesh that provide a very good defense by providing a new layer every time. The mesh is so strong, that the user can punch a big and dense rock with his fist with all his might, and still feel nothing. Not only that, the tendrils go deep inside the user’s body, and coat itself over the bones as well, making it extra strong. Damage due to physical impact (or any Taijutsu) will increase by +20 due to the strong chakra mesh coating over the body. The tendrils when they re-enter the body, causes slight pain to the user every time, enough to keep him out of B-Rank and below genjutsus continuously. The user can, if needed, channel his shadow chakra into his weapons, to give them the same effect. However, they lose the effect the moment the user leaves the weapon. The user can also release the tendrils passively outside his body (up to short-range), to grab the opponents and throw them (any freeform activity).

This technique requires concentration; and hence the user cannot perform techniques above S-Rank when this is active.

Description: The user generates numerous chakra threads within their own person for reprieve from internal damage. The threads, utilizing tactile feeling, stitch together any damaged internal organs the user may have sustained in battle. Whilst this affords a rudimentary means of battle continuation and first-aid, it does not by any means heal the user. Thus, the user will still need to seek medical attention after combat. Moreover, the stitch-work can be ruined should they accrue further damage in the midst of battle. No fatal wounds can be sutured.

Note: Each internal organ may only be 'sutured' once per battle.

To begin the user will form two hand seals and place their target under a subtle illusion. In this genjutsu the target will first see a large puff of smoke poof into existence and expand past the caster as they finish their hand seals(similar to a summoning or clone technique) encompassing the target as well as it momentarily blocks their vision. That is when the second stage of the illusion is put into place, the caster of the illusion will manipulate the targets sight so that they will see what is behind them instead of what is in front of them. So when the smoke clears and they are able to see again it seems as if the caster of the technique had moved during the haze. Due to this techniques effects when the target regains sight of the user they will actually be facing the opposite direction to them and as such will be prompted to release techniques the wrong way, causing them to miss. It is also worth noting that the caster of the illusion manipulates the targets sight to mimic things they would normally see in relation to their body as they face forwards.(Hand/arm movements, the nose etc)

As it is released the user can shape this sheet into any form desired (cone, dome, sphere etc), the main advantage of this technique is that it is very good at containing and moving any type of air based gas, mist, poison, toxin etc. After containing or moving the gas the user can at any time perform one hand seal and cause the sheet to rupture, either at one point (pushing the gas in one direction) or completely(releasing the gas in that area). Its also worth noting that due to the strong wind currents that form the sheet, coming into contact with it directly would push the enemy back and knock them over, though with no lasting damage.

The user then touches the ground with that hand, creating 12 'rods' of lightning(5m tall) that burst from the ground wherever they see fit and there they shall remain until activated or destroyed. Upon contact with any enemy or technique the rods detonate in an electrical explosion, affecting the area short range of them. When one rod detonates the others react to it and explode as well, triggering a chain reaction of electrical explosions.

The user will then form two hand seals and manifest two swords of lightning that are identical in appearance, which hover in the air short range of them and can be launched towards targets. These swords are unique however in that when they are created, the user can choose to have each sword in one of two forms. They can be either tightly focused and compressed, able to do great piercing damage and punch a hole straight through an enemy or technique. Or they can be made of unfocused lightning, which upon contact with an conductive target, technique or medium will flood it with electricity, overcharging it and causing it to explode in an eruption of lightning shortly after.(Affects short range from the medium)

So this is what, a few days later than expected? Anyway, you know the rules by now, but given how it has been a week or so since it's been reopened, it can be easy to forget so lemme remind you all.

As always, I must remind everyone to read the rules in the first post of this thread as well as the battle rules before making a submission. This includes following the template for techniques defined in the rules. Its a simple matter of copy/paste. You know, ctrl+c and then ctrl+v? Shouldn't be too hard people. It also means no formatting is allowed and that you need to posted the needed links for us to check your techniques/submissions. One post, 3 submissions max unless you are an official Sage and can submit four customs. Be sure to read over the last few pages to make sure you understand what has been tried and whatnot.

Additionally, I'd like to point members towards the RED rule. Don't bash, complain or insult moderators for their custom checks. If you find some error or something unfair was done, Scorps is the Moderator in charge of everything custom ( CJ, CEJ, CFS, CFSJ, CC, and CCJ ) and canon ( Bio Rules and Techniques ) and all complaints and quarries should be asked to him. Alternatively, you are free to reach a Customs Mod and ask them If you feel like someone has submitted a CJ similar to one you created and you want to report it, please remember to link your submission to make it easier on whoever checks the submission.

Also, there might be a handful of posts still pending. I either have little knowledge of the field myself or need more time to evaluate said jutsu, or simply have not seen it yet. While I normally dislike this, If you have a jutsu or post pending and I myself did NOT leave it pending, PM me with the link.

Description: This technique once used applies for a certain amount of turns, and will automatically be connected to any technique or weapon the user uses for that set amount of time. Using the core principle of the ninjutsu technique, Leech All Creation, where the user can at will merge his body with other materials and freely travel through them, the user will be using a very same type of chakra but this time, not being connected to his own body, but rather using that of the enemy. Once the user uses a technique, which is mainly a solid based attack, the chakra which is constantly leaking through that object. As the enemy comes into contact, or gets stabber, pierced by that objecti, his body will forcefully be turned into that specific material in which he is into contact with. As this technique continues leaking chakra for a set amount of turns, the longer this object remains into contact with the enemy, the more his body will change into that material. If someone is let's say stabbed by a sword in a part of his body, for example the arm. This arm will slowly turn into the material the sword is made out of, in most cases steel. As his body gets turned into that solid material, the change will not only be external but internal as well, depending at the rate of growth. The part of the body, which is changed into that material, will no longer be able to be used as a normal limb, with all the normal functions, forcefully being changed for the rest of the battle. If the enemy can interrupt contact with that object, the spreading will instantly stop as well, a simple touch will only be able to affect as much as a circle with the diameter of 5 cm, while in the other hand, when stabbed, in form of a sphere from the same size. If the contact is maintained for longer than 2 turns, the whole body of the enemy will be turned into that material forcefully, thereby killing him.

Description: This technique uses the existing properties of wind release in a skillful manner based on the objects that the user is currently in contact with. Using a constant chakra flow towards the weapon or object the user may be holding, he will affect the wind around it, compressing it, and keep it tightly together to the object. Using these layers of wind one after the other, the object coating in the winds will be slowly, time after time less visible, due to the wind refracturing the light. When the technique is fully complete and the object is totally invisible, except for a few gusts of air around it, indicating the existence of the object. In its completed state, the layers of wind will be so closely together, that the object will not increase in size any more than it already is, and it can be used in this fashion continuously, creating in a sense a hidden arm, but this is not where the true purpose of the technique lies or shines. Each layer of wind, can be controlled separately by the user and has a very unique effect from before, it being that the abilities change from one another. Each of the layers of wind can be released on the user’s command, and when done so it can either approach an omnidirectional release, knocking everything the user is holding down, except the user itself. The force of the strong wind is able to even bend strong firm trees, or it can be a directed burst, which reached up to Mid range, destroying everything in it’s the path. The power of the technique gets distributed within the 3 layers of wind, and they each can be released at a chosen amount at the time. The outer layer of wind, is the most versatile and compressed one. The user can use the object or weapon previously as he did, but unlike before, the weapon will seem a lot lighter, because of the wind constantly moving around the weapon. Also the durability and the versatility of the weapon will vastly increase, allowing it to be a lot sharper, and of course more durable towards outer damage.. This layer of wind allows the weapon or object to be used just as previously intended. But as said prior to this, the user must maintain a constant contact with the object in order to have the chakra move towards it and coat the weapon. The second layer of wind, is a far more delicate one, and can be used once the first layer of wind is released, the second layer is very delicate towards outer stimuli, and the slightest touch, it will simply end up into a furious wind explosion, which will deplete this layer completely. The wind will be released in either the form of a wind blast, or a directed wind tornado, or wind stream which will push forcefully away, the object that it touched. The last layer, is the one which simply coats the blade, and refracts the light, rendering it invisible, with a constant move of wind around it, as it previously did. There will be no boosted powers or abilities gained from the object other than this difficulty to make it out. The last layer of wind can remain around the blade constantly as long as the user fuels it with chakra, while the 2 outer layers, due to their complexity, are very limited in a number of turns.

Description: This technique is primarily based on the effects of 2 general lightning techniques that being Blade Levitation and 16 Lightning Pillar Bind. By making one handseal the user will be releasing either an omnidirectional burst of lightning chakra or called a lightning impulse, or simply restrict it towards a certain direction which the user desires. The lightning impulse will be a sphere which reaches until mid range if it were to be omnidirectional. This lightning impulse could be perceived as a simple flash of light. This lightning impulse will travel through the earth or any stationary medium closeby within the range of the user. Once this special lightning impulse is released, in specific points of the battlefield, debris from the ground or other materials or elements gather forming swords. The swords themselves can be made out of everything that the impulse encompassed, ranging from metals or weapons already present in the battlefield, earth, water ect. The moment one is created they focus themselves on the ground, standing sturdily into the ground.The number of the swords can vary greatly depending on the user’s desire, but the collective amount of lightning inside the swords adds up to S rank. The swords will seemingly be of all shapes, while they are made up of materials scattered in the battlefield, like existing weapons or raw materials, as well as different elements. It will all greatly depend on the environment and the materials existent all around. The blades will be medieval in design with a dual cutting edge and different guards and handles for each one. The swords will vary in size greatly dependant on the amount of chakra and number. The fewer blades, the greater the size will be ranging from one size which is the normal size for every blade, to the size of objects which can be equal to that of S Rank power and chakra amounts. The versatility of the blades will be comparable to normal weapons which have a small trace amount of chakra, comparing them to the harness of a kunai with an elemental affinity cloaked around it, in this case lightning. The blades will all have trace amounts of chakra which can react to the chakra which does not belong to the user. Once it comes into contact with other trace amounts of chakra, normal lightning effects will be applied on the person. The most versatile ability of the swords present on the battlefield though, is the fact how all blades which are created can be used by the user and controlled freely. Since there are trace amounts of chakra, the blades can be directed, controlled and even accelerated towards enemies as the user wishes. The total amount of blades which the user can control at once is limited to 8. After the technique ends, the blades created existent in the battlefield will still remain, but all their abilities, such as lightning charge and the ability to be manipulated are lost, they can simply be used as normal weapons with the force and durability of a normal kunai or sword.

Description: The user will stab their sword into the surface of the earth and making two hand seals will channel there lightning chakra into the sword. The user will manipulate the chakra to resonate outwards from the sword and using it will spread the lightning into a perfect circle underneath the surface, generating a field of chakra. The user will has full control of the targeted area’s surface, and by using there sword the user can manipulate the ground’s structure similar to Lightning Release:Four-Pillar Bind. They will swing their blade and using the chakra flowing from the ground and sword (the two are connected), while forcefully make stone structures to form. The structures that are created can’t be made into specific shapes, thus only being able to be made into long jagged rocks or tall pillars of rock. The stones are however quite sharp and are swiftly made when doing so, allowing the user to attack the enemy from different ranges but most be created at least 5 meters away from the enemy. The stones are also strong enough to with stand physical attack such as water and earth up to A-rank, while it’s being able to defend against wind, fire and lightning up to B-rank. The user needs to keep direct contact with their sword in order to keep the technique active.

Description A rather simple yet powerful genjutsu but can provide for a wonderful opening if used correctly. The user will make three hand seals while channeling chakra into the brain of the enemy. Once down, the target will see the user change form and turn into actual paper from a book. The paper will fly directly towards the target instantly surrounding them in an array of paper. The pages will circle the target and once done will forcefully join onto the targets body. The target will then hear the voice of the user uttering words in the head of the enemy but the words start to get louder and louder, causing the target to experience mental stress from the attack. In reality the target is unharmed but is suffering from intense mental stress and if not broken in the next turn will suffer fatigue and mental exhaustion for 1 turn due to the large strain the illusion leaves on the target after which the illusion ends. The user can also make the genjutsu more unique by adding things such as when changing into paper they can make it seem to be on fire or adding smoke while creating fake heat or causing them to cough from it. This adds to some uniqueness based on usage of the technique and is only restricted to the imagination of the user .

Description: The user begins by forming two quick handseals and channels his earth chakra into the ground under him. With that, he infestes the ground with countless (over 1000) tiger fishes made of earth. These fishes can swim in the ground like water, with their giant jaws and teeth sharper that that of a piranha. Their body being made out of tough rocks and stones, prevents each of them from being destroyed easily. When inside the ground, these fishes have a rudimentary sensing, which tells them about anything that touches the earth (similar to hiding like a mole). They can also sense chakra in the ground, that helps them to know if any attack is being used from the ground. Every turn, 100s of these fishes jump out of the ground to attack the foreign chakra and foreign chakra source (the target). For example, if the opponent were to raise a pillar from the ground, the tiger fishes would hold the pillar down, preventing it from rising. These fishes can block up to A-Rank chakra from the ground and still regenerate back to their former self, the next turn, by consuming the "earth" within the ground. However, should they encounter S-rank earth chakra, they will hold the structure down with all their might, and then will get turned to dust. Although they can stop the movement of earthen structures in the ground, they can never stop the change of quality of the earth (even if they can swim through it).

The explosion will cause extreme damage (which in reality will cause mental damage), as his body gets blown up in bits and pieces. While this technique lasts one turn, the side effects due to the extreme mental damage will last for 3 turns. His confidence level will drop down while his speed, reflexes and reactions get reduced by a rank due to having taken the explosive damage. Note: The illusion breaks itself when the target receives a mental damage due to this technique.

Description: Metallica is an illusion that first distracts the target and when he gets distracted, causes the effects of the illusion to take place . At any point of time, when the opponent wields a weapon, or any object, the user will form the seal of confrontation to put him in an illusion. Suddenly the object in their hand (or whatever object the user wishes) will give a small beep. The volume of the beep will keep increasing and so will its speed till the target's attention is captured. Once the opponent's attention be diverted to the object, he will see certain seals on the object that glow before it blows up. The explosion will cause extreme damage (which in reality will cause mental damage), as his body gets blown up in bits and pieces. The fumes created by the smoke of explosion will make him go breathless due to lack of oxygen and presence of harmful gases. He will feel breathless and feel his life reaching its end. In reality, due to the mental trauma, the target will start hyperventilating. His confidence level will drop down while his speed, reflexes and reactions get reduced by a rank (in the next turn).

Note: The illusion breaks itself when the target receives a mental damage due to this technique.

Description: The user may have their hands in any position they want but they must be closed, the user then molds there crystal charka into their palm making a small mosquito in each, While very small be about 1 inch's in size these mosquito are very agile and can fly as quick as the user can sprint. The mosquito being made out of crystal charka actually have an special ability; being able to inject crystal charka into the victim's blood stream which them proceeds to crystallise everything from the blood stream outwards infect the veins, muscle, tendons, and eventually reaching the outside skin. There is a very brief moment this can be prevent if the user can stop the bloodstream in the affected area before the beat of their heart the infected blood stream cant reach around the area and crystallise it.
