He said, "Once hailed as the fastest shinobi alive." Bottom line, Sasuke had been acknowledged for his speed far more than Naruto. So by MangaWords, Sasuke is the fastest! Madara's words hold more weights than any other characters in NV!

Lol dude Saauke has been called a genius on multiple occasions.. Kakashi, obito, lee, orichimaru.... Just read the manga.

So just because madara said it don't make it true. Kabuto claimed he was the closest to sage of the six paths, that wasn't true. Sasuke claimed to be the strongest when he fought Naruto at the VOTE 2 he lost. Just because madara said sasuke was fast (not fastest) that don't mean its true.

1) Amaterasu is a dojutsu specific nin-jutsu. We never got to see Madara's EMS specific nin-jutsu. I was talking about general fire nin-jutsu.

2) Madara's susanoo has 4 blades + can throw blades as guided projectiles. Madara can use Susanoo to perform Yasaka Magatama.

4) Bijuu were the core for CT.

5) If he used it only as Edo, does not mean he cannot use it otherwise. Only kirin is unique, Amaterasu is Itachi's jutsu.

6) My opinion stays with me. Just letting you know.

So where is your proof that Naruto is the fastest? Pictures of the manga? You can find the same pictures in part 1 of Naruto moving at that speed when he was mad.

Naruto's ninjutsu consists of Rasengan, TBB, TSB, Shadow Clone, Rasenshuriken, and transformation
Sasuke's consists of Transformation, Substitution, Chidori, Kirin, Fireball jutsu, Genjutsu, Phoenix Flower, Dragon Fire, Amaterasu, Susano'o, Amenominaka, Amenotejikara

1. I was talking about fire ninjutsu of all kinds.

2. Sasuke's went up to a completely new leve.. the minor details are irrelevant.

4. Yea that's something Madara can't do.

5. Kirin and Susanoo.. And Sasuke is the only one that can manipulate Amaterasu only proves his ninjutsu prowess.

6. Kishi(manga) called Sasuke a genius numerous times.

Why you bringing part 1 Naruto, and sasuke wasn't the fastest in part 1 either so your point is invalid

Genjutsu=Ninjutsu now ? Also you forget to add in Naruto's ninjutsu moveset: Chakra transfer jutsu, Negative emotion sensing and Nine tails chakra mode.
