Even the DB doesn't state that. Go by mangafacts RSM Naruto is fastest excluding 8 Gates Gai. Naruto's footwork and reflexes surpasses Sasuke's footwork and reflexes.

But the only time Naruto displayed that speed was moments after he had tamed the Kyuubi.

Its a shame he did not use that speed during the war. Neji might not have died if he had done so.

Narutos only original jutsu. Rasenshuriken even that he can't do without shadow clones or kurama. Ninjutsu versatility not even top tier. Kishi messed naruto up he's always needy he always needs somebody or something he has no originality what so ever.

- Fire Style: Majestic Destroyer Flame - way better than any fire ninjutsu Sasuke has shown so far.

- Madara's Susanoo has swords, Sasuke's has a bow. I don't see how Madara's Susanoo is inferior.

- I'm sure Madara would be able to do the same thing (shape manipulation) with his Susanoo, except he never needed to.

- Madara made same, if not bigger, and more CT's than Sasuke in the manga.

- Don't forget Madara's wood techniques. He has Hashi's wood techniques as well, which is a whole lot of ninjutsu.


Imo Sasuke is not a genius either. He always needed someone's help throughout the series (Kakashi, Oro, Itachi, Tobi, Hagoromo), unlike Madara or Itachi.

Btw, how come Lee is a genius?

1. Amaterasu trumps all fire.

2. Sasuke susanoo has sword, enton sword and bows. And it's stronger

3.thats like me saying I'm sure Sasuke can use all Madara's Fire jutsu but don't need to because he has Amaterasu.

I was being nice he just sucks at ninjutsu to keep it simple for him he was taught rasengan no hand seals. He learnt Scj 2 basic hand seals and summoning by jiraiya to help him access kurama chakra. What else does he have Rasen shuriken dependant on kurama or scs and or sage mode. Beast ball a kyubi skill. Chakra transfer a kyubi skill. Rasengan variants a kyubi chakra skill or tailed beast dependant skills.
Versatility n9n existent dependence highly dependant.

Yeah he did and madara absorbed senjutsu from hashirama without rinnegan and he used the susanoo without eyes, I don't know what kishi is playing at anymore.

And what ? All Sasuke's versatility after he got EMS exist because he has Itachi's power. Without his power at best he has only imperfect chidori and fodder level katon.
