Regardless Naruto is faster at reaction and speed period

Movement speed, yes. Traveling speed, no. And reaction speed no. Naruto, with the ability to sense people, had a delay in reacting to Sasuke's Ameno, which Sasuke has no delay in reacting to that. That puts Sasuke's reaction above Naruto's.

How does that put sasukes reaction time above Naruto. Naruto turned completely around against sasukes s/t jutsu sasuke can't react to s/t jutsus evident in the kaguya fight sasuke couldn't react to base naruto uppercut with ems and sharigan active Naruto also speed blitzed kaguya and took her arm at a farther distance than when sasuke used his ameno and she dodged him neg diff

If Sasuke couldn't react to Space-Time, he would not be able to use Ameno as effectively as he does. Every usage, he'd have to stand still and look around . Him being able to immediately respond to the change in his environment when teleporting is reaction to S/T.

Who said he could not react to Naruto's uppercut? Simply because he was physically unable to dodge or block does not mean his eyes could not react to it. Like Lee made clear way back in the chuunin exams, reaction speed is nothing if your body can't physically act accordingly.

Sasuke was still getting used to his powers then. Naruto could blitz Kaguya, but then Sasuke could blitz Narutow. The Sasuke that was fighting Kaguya was not as skilled at using Ameno as the Sasuke that fought Naruto. His shortcomings in that Kaguya fight do not matter because they were due to inexperienced at using a Rinnegan and its power, which didn't apply to when he fought Naruto.

Naruto reacted and blocked chidori.

That's not how it works. If Sasuke plans to make an attack as soon as he teleports, and succeeds, that's not reacting to ST, as he's the one that chooses the time of the teleport. He controls his position, and the time he jumps. Only basic timing is required. Using this logic, Minato has the exact same reaction time as Sasuke, as he can act while simultaneously teleporting.

This is faulty reasoning. Naruto's the one with the feats of reacting to ST, not Sasuke.

Naruto reacted and blocked chidori.

Good for him, even though the block was barely pulled off. He did not however, react to Sasuke appearing behind him without delay. Sasuke can react to an Ameno shift without delay, Naruto can't.

Facepalm. You do realize that their chakras are about equal right? So if the chidori hit him head-on, it would have skewered him through his arms. The fact that he was only knocked back means that he had to have been able to jump before it landed to prevent it from being a lethal blow. Also, Sasuke does not "react" to the ST he initiates.

Now you sound like a fapboy. The point is he blocked, it doesn't matter how soon or late. The point is that he did which is reaction. Still waiting for you to prove your fanfic

Once again, lacking the physical speed to compliment your reaction speed does not mean the lack thereof. Minato can react to something happening instantly, he can therefore react to Madara swinging that staff. He can perceive that it is happening in real time and process that. But he didn't have the physical speed to dodge or block effectively.

If Sasuke was unable to react to Ameno the way I've been saying, he would need to pause and stand still after using it properly process the change in his surroundings.

Why can't you post a manga scan posting your stupid ass conjecture? It's as simple as copying and pasting a link. I don't care for your words as they hold no merit without manga proof

I'm not denying he blocked it, or had the speed to keep up with Sasuke's movement of thrusting his arm forward. That is not the same as reacting to Ameno without delay, however.

And he does. When Sasuke teleports, the environment shifts instantly. Meaning, the very same second he is looking at one scene is the very same millisecond he is looking at a new scene. He has to have the reaction speed to react to his own Ameno to process this information to effectively use it. Otherwise, he would need to pause and look around to properly process the shift.

I never said Naruto was unable to react to Ameno, I said he reacted to it, but with a delay.

Literally any scan of Sasuke using Ameno. I don't understand why you want a scan of him using Ameno, are you denying that Sasuke possesses Ameno and has used it? If no, then you don't need a scan. If yes, then you need to seriously see a doctor about your memory and/or vision.
