Lol what sage jutsu does sasuke have u mean ct oh wait that won't work on kaguya and he couldn't drain her chakra or moves she didn't use ninjutsu so what moves could sasuke have used ? And sasuke has more moves at his disposal than Naruto who just has rasengan variant and can't use his wind style like that and it's not that kishi gives Naruto the spotspotlight it's like really could sasuke really fight kaguya alone like Naruto did if u let him use all his skills? Any technique Sasuke have he could have put sage chakra into it. Instead of PS he could have used shinra tensei to block/attack. He had options just Kishimoto never did it.

Not that hard to see that Naruto is the fastest ninja when he's not nerfed. All ninjas use Shippuden for their inhuman speed, Shunshin speed and distance depends on the amount of chakra used. Naruto in base have more chakra than Sasuke

, Naruto just never used Shunshin much but when he did he was pretty fast such as saving Sakura from Sasuke. Yang Kurama's KM was fast enough to be compared to Minato's FTG speed, the yellow flash

KM Naruto wasn't on Minato's level of skill in using it at first as Yamato mentioned but Naruto had some training with his speed and was able to better gain control on it as he had a speed battle against A. You could say Sasuke have more skills using Shunshin while Naruto has more raw speed during the war arc. KM Naruto speed is compared to an instant ninjutsu by Bee 2x and Tsunade 1x

As for Madara acknowledging Sasuke's speed, he was simply saying that Sasuke can't use his Rinnegan's S/T jutsu on him if he's not within range then said Sasuke is really fast as well; this is Sasuke attacking while Madara is slowing down though since Madara wouldn't risk damaging the Sharingan he took from Kakashi.

See this what I be talking about what makes u think he can use shinra tensei you're just giving him moves and what would adding sage chakra u ? Kaguya blocked all of it she isn't like madara and how do u know sasuke wasn't using sage chakra the whole u just assume he wasn't because he wasn't effective but Then that makes him dumb as hell because he came up with the theory that sage chakra works so I'm pretty sure sasuke didn't just say it and never use it he just couldn't do anything
