Which susano are we talking about? I'll procede suposing its v3 and he can go up to v4 for a short time.

1- He wins med diff
2- He loses if tobirama gets edo tensei explosion. He would use gojo to outlast susano faster or even take it out (depends on what stage it is) and when susano is out he finishes it with Hirashin like he did to Izuna.
3- Minato outlasts his susano and then kills him. Tough he doesn't have Gojo to take susano out, he's fast enough to keep dodging it until madara can't keep it up, since we already know how MS sucks up the user.
4- He beats Jiraiya med diff. Let's give it a low diff.
5- I have no answer here.
6- Madara has no counter for CT, he loses. Inb4 someone says CT is not happening, Animal path to keep him bussy and then throw the orb, GG. Madara is not taking out cerberus with just a v3 susano before that happens.
7- Kisame and Itachi would win. Madara's susano gets absorbed by Kisame's GSB (which absorbs chakra, and susano is a chakra cloak) and that's probably a one shot, but if madara survives that, Itachi burns him with amaterasu. Itachi is there to free kisame from any genjutsu.
8- The raikages would outlast him. The 3rd tanks anything Madara has, and the 4th simply dodges it. Ay's sunshin in v1 alone is almost the same madara has, and his speed in v2 far surpases it. Both of the raikages have biju level chakra reserves, and once Madara's susano is out, he gets slaughtered. Genjutsu is not happening (inb4 someone brings the scan of madara using it on Ay, that only happened because tsunade distracted him and he lowered his guard)
9- Naruto outlasts him and kills him, the same as above.

Stage 3 - Minato (No sm) - Can't even touch Minato or properly track his movements. His giant fire styles get redirected right back into his face. MS strains and tires users out faster than ems. FTG counters susanoo.
Stage 4 - SM jiraiya - Jiraya takes this high diff
Stage 5 - War arc sm Naruto - I think Madara can med-high diff here
Stage 6 - Pain - All six paths? Madara gets bodied
Stage 7 - Kisame & Itachi - Madara can't take them both

We don't know what Madara's MS feats were expect for susanoo so it's hard to tell. But MS Madara was roughly equal to base Hashirama. I'll try my best.

Hebi Sasuke - Madara wins easy.

Tobirama - Madara takes this he was always above Tobirama. Madara and Izuna were pretty much equal but gunbai puts him on top here, I don't see Tobirama outlasting him and hitting him with ftg v2

Minato (No sm) - Same situation as Tobirama, he has to outlast Madara and hit him with ftg v2. Gunbai blocks rasengan easy, only problem is how Madara will land a hit but same goes for Minato when Madara has susanoo and gunbai. Madara winning this.

SM jiraiya - Madara wins.

War arc sm Naruto - No eyes Madara already showed he can speed blitz Sm Naruto add MS, gunbai and Madara takes this.

Pain - The Pain that Naruto first fought? Madara takes this. Susanoo blocks ST and he can destroy CT core with susanoo before it gets too big, If not he always has izanagi and Pain can only use CT once.

Kisame & Itachi - Madara loses here, his susanoo is matched by Itachi's and adding Kisame is just too much. Samehada should be able to absorb his Susanoo

3rd & 4th Raikage - Madara wins, gunbai blocked mini bijuu dama I don't see how these guys get past it let along susanoo and Madara body flicker is fast enough to blitz SM Naruto which the 3rd could not do to a clone. Gunbai also has wind release to break their lightning shroud and he can always enhance it with fire techs

KSM Naruto - I think you meant KCM Naruto? Madara wins, without an avatar Naruto can't match Madara's susanoo and none of Naruto's attacks can get past gunbai or susanoo.

Stage 2 - Tobirama

Tobirama low diffs Suiton>Jubi Katon, not to mention he's much faster & can close this 65 meter gap quicker than Maddy can & end it with HiraishinGiri

Stage 3 - Minato (No sm)

Minato takes this low difficulty, Food cart destroyer would wreck Susanoo versions 1-3 probably moderately damage V4. He could also summon Ma & Pa too frog call him. Stunning him which'll allow Minato to Rasengan his face off.

Stage 4 - SM jiraiya

Jiraiya takes this mid difficulty, Although Madara could use his Gunbai to reflect jiraya's ninjutsu, he's going to be using Susanoo to project himself from Kebari senbon. Because of sensing from Ma & Pa he'll know when Madara will attack, & where he'll be at all times. He gets finished by Senjutsu boosted Swamp of the underworld.

Stage 5 - War arc sm Naruto

Naruto Low difficulty. SM Naruto @ pain arc was stated to be able to make 3 Kage bunshin in battle, while having 2-3 clones gather natural energy. Thus while Madara is busy with the SM Naruto clones, which he'll probably merk. Naruto with his two spare clones negs him with Odama Rasenshuriken GG.

Stage 6 - Pain

Pain Laughable diff. CST one shots, & CT one shots.

Stage 7 - Kisame & Itachi

Kisame & Itachi take this mid difficulty. Kisame's suiton is much superior to Madaras Katon, so Madara will be forced to throw magatamas @ them. Itachi sits in susanoo to tank, while Kisame obliterates susanoo with Daikodan. Thus allowing Itachi to end it with a Totsuka blitz or repeated Amaterasus

Stage 8 - 3rd & 4th Raikage

Either can solo

Stage 9 - KSM Naruto

He's not beating SM Naruto so he's not winning here.
