Sage Mode Mokujin=EMS Madara Perfect Susano'o>EMS Sasuke Sasuke Perfect Susano'o

If Hashirama got the same boost as Naruto that would put his Mokujin alone above Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o. Then you the Shinsuusenju which is tiers above Mokujin. Apply the same boost it should be

The actual question is can a Rikudo Shinsuusenju defeat the Bijuu PS?

Naruto only had passive access to Kurama's chakra. But even if Hashirama goes SM I don't see anything preventing Sasuke from using Ameno>outter paths absorption and taking his SM like Madara did to Hashi.

Naruto still had access to some of their chakra which meant Sasuke had less Bijuu Chakra overall. Since Hashirama likely won't have access to the Bijuu's powers, then Sasuke gets more Bijuu Chakra which means he can create a more potent Susano'o and Attack. That was my main point overall.

But yes, Sasuke can defeat Hashirama in the way you mentioned as well.

Naruto needed Kurama to absorb enough Natural energy to be able to match Sasuke. Hashirama has no such help. Sasuke wins. Plus hashi isn't immune to amaterasu.
