No I think he still has some of those jealousy traits within him. Naruto became Hokage and is on a completely different rank than Sasuke so he might be jealous of Naruto but I think he has improved significantly since Part 2.

Honestly. Kishi F-ed here too. Part 2, we see no sign at all of Sasuke being jealous of Naruto at all until war arc. It was like Hebi Sasuke was too grown for that shit. Then War arc Sasuke was acting like a teenager. In fact he was acting like part 1 sasuke when on battlefield.

Kishi just had to get rid of Hebi Sasuke's mindset.
