Is Sasuke jealous of Naruto?

Thought the series Sasuke has been jealous of Naruto every time he realizes his inferiority or realizes Naruto can do something he couldn't. After all this is mostly why he left the village in the 1st place. So do you think that he was jealous or salty that Naruto became Hokage and achieved his dream and he couldn't? Did he overcome his jealous ways completely?

Nah, the village likes Naruto more but Sasuke could probably beat naruto at this point, especially if Naruto is "rusty" as Kurama says, and Sasuke has been off killing Shin clones refining his combat skills. Sasuke doesnt want to be Hokage anymore.
