If you were Kishi for a day and you get to rewrite everything from what he has written now from when it all started, what will you revise, which fanfics will you include, what will you write in the future? (anything Naruto related so games, movies, merchandise, etc.)
Me? I'd leave Part 1 as it is. that was well done.
I'd add more to the Hyuuga and develop em more and give em more techs.
I'd also talk about the Hidden Eddy Village more. Like that's the Uzumaki origin dude WTF.
Madara and Hashirama feats. Dang each main battle should be a movie.

give Naruto more than 3 techs.. seriously done with those spams. i mean hes got the chakra chains, the Ashura mode, black matter balls, etc. yet he just uses Kurama mode, Shadow Clones and rasengan over and over again. That's not very worthy of Sasuke's rival and getting Ashura's powers.
Make the Last cannon (it is but it felt like it isn't = too much content, not enough time)

Sasuke became a real problem child, more so that usual, I'd like to fix that. I mean seriously? You still wanted to destroy Konoha after your dying bro explains it to you not once but twice? I mean once, ok. but an Edo Tenseid Itachi is saying goodbye a second time is still not enough? You'd have to ask ALL of the Hokages?

Have Madara be sealed off by Kaguya in her mansion. Have Kaguya be stuck in one dimension with her eyes gouged out and cant use her dimensional techs. How was she so nerfed!!??? like it isn't even Hagoromo + Hamura that defeated her. it was just transmigrant Indra + transmigrant Ashura. The most they could do is maim her.
Madara later gets out and tries to destroy Kaguya until she was rescued by Momoshiki, which showed him of the tenseigan. But Madara was too fast and too furious, Momoshiki came too late (HA! that's what she said). She dies in his arms anyways (continues in Boruto The Movie)

I mean Hagormo + Hamura managed to seal her in the moon, that's it. althought that's without 10 tails.
speaking of the family, I'd also have an Ootsutsuki arc. Starting from Kaguya eating the fruit then giving birth all the way to the moon war (i think Indra and Ashura war came first and that's what started the moon war)

After the whole shabang with Hinabi being kidnapped, Toneri reopens the pathway to the Moon due to some aliens following Kaguya because she stole the fruit. and now they found out that she and her family has scattered it everywhere on earth, they must destroy Earth and harvest all chakra and lock it up into the Gedo, then waiting for the 10 tails to gain another fruit and sealing it inside the fruit.
The only way of stopping them is the new dynamic tandem pair, which is somewhat dysfuntional in the most appropriate times, Boruto and Sarada. Naruto and Sasuke are still nowhere to be found.

The main reason why Naruto was first kidnapped was because he managed to escape Kaguya along with other people. The other reason why Momoshiki went after him is because he was looked upon and many will follow him. But he also needed help. When Momoshiki came back from his home, he finds his fugitive wife mangled and neg diff by a newly freed Madara. Madara was still weaker than Momoshiki however is gaining more and more power. once he found out that the only reason why he couldn't defeat him was that he lacked the tenseigan, he worked dillegently and tries to tire out Momoshiki and his royal guard. He drags the fight on until he gains more and more insight about how to gain more power. until he got what he was after. Momoshiki finds out his plans and made a ditch effort to stop him thus grabbing Naruto from the Chunin Exam. The fight continues. but it was a stalemate. They could only hope to contain Madara there thru fighting him for all eternity. Boruto and Sarada went back to Earth as ordered by their fathers.

the moon and Earth is blooming and peaceful due to the fact that they still have yet to defend themselves from aliens. Having barely defeated the newly introduced aliens, Madara comes into play back in Earth, having barely defeating Momoshiki, Kinshiki, Naruto and Sasuke, 10 years later with both tenseigan stolen from Momoshiki and rinnegan. he swipes away the 10 tails fruit and eats it. He neg diffs the aliens and he wants more power and thus attacks Earth. Only Toneri and Hinata (Hamura side) can ever pose a threat to him, Madara solos and they escape to the moon leaving him ruler of Earth. The moon is their final sanctuary as Earth is left in disarray. Awaiting the next wave of those godly aliens whilst maintaining hidden from the godly gaze of Madara. Naruto and Sasuke (Hagoromo side) wakes up to find Momoshiki lying dead next to Kaguya. Kinshiki waiting above their them for their wakening. They then comes back to a destroyed Earth and a crimson blood sky. They left for the moon to meet up Toneri and Hinata.
