I choose Tobirama. Minato is really talented, more than what average talent can be. But Minato only learned most of the stuff. I personally think that the person who actually developed powerful and hax techniques that rivals even kekkai genkai inherited abilities deserves my vote. Techniques including what makes Minato famous and rivals premium naturally inherited kekkai genkai teleportation jutsus (FTG), extremely powerful and dope technique which can drag a whole world into war (Edo Tensei), creating equally powerful copies of oneself with similar power, really useful (Shadow clones).

The Mokuton shit is confusing tbh.

He was like the only Senju to rock it. and i remember how Yamato was sayin it was a water/earth mix but idk.

1- Minato - No special clan or KKG and surpassed Tobirama in his own jutsu

2- Tobirama - Created a lot of jutsu by himself, definitely a genius

3- Gai - He's more a hard worker than tallented. But the result of his training is talent it self.

4- Hiruzen - He's called the professor. By just looking at his DB stats we reach the conclusion he's a genius.

5- Sasori - Master of puppets.

6- Jiraiya- A lowered down version of Hiruzen's talent (tough he achieved SM and surpassed him)

7- Orochimaru - He's a talented scientist and earned big powers thanks to this
