To make sure that the first move is right i will explain i quick went to underground did it with out handseals and when the kunai pass and didn't do nothing to me i went to short range doing the genjutsu with it says that i could freely attack and using Rasengan.

finish, you have to use your sharingan's abilities if you want the 2nd tomoe
this being tracking, chakra analysis, copying.
and you have to state that you use sharingan to do so, also you where beaten earlier when i used nagashi on the ground and you tried to run with kawarimi since you would already be out of the ground and so taken all lightning paralyzing you.
but i wanted to see if you could use more the sharingan
