Nothing to do with the technique, it's just the users ability. Take away rikudo chakra and we'd really see how the technique performs. Considering sasuke couldn't hit a blind man before this power up.

urrm he had sage mode so he could sense sasukes attacks and was perfectly aware of his movements. duuno why pple fail to mention that. plus sasuke still ended up tagging him in the end
