Many women have argued that abortion is their right and they have the authority to do with their body as they so please, but shouldn't the father have a say or a legal authority in the eyes of the law in determining if the baby should be aborted? I ask this because he made the baby too. What are you guys thoughts on this?

My take on it is if the guy was lets say drugged and raped by a woman who wanted to have his baby, when the guy doesn't want to have a baby with her then it should be legal for him to make that woman want that abortion. But if it was consensual between the man and woman who just wanted *** for *** not in hopes of having a baby together and she feels that she wants the abortion it should be up to her and if the guy doesn't agree, he had the choice to ear a condom. But i think it all boils down to if they are matured and know they can emotionally and financially take care of the baby.

These are tricky questions cause if we say yes then what if the mother wants to keep the baby but the father wants to abort the baby?

Or what if the mother wants to abort but the father doesnt? These things are too complicated to be fixed by a simple paper.

The real question is, why do hospital staff / the law / society dismiss father's right to have a say in every circumstance? Rape I underdtand but there's no culture of involvement of father's at all.
