Chidori vs Rasengan

which one would you choose and why??


Personally, I think i'm gonna go for Chidori since it's more lethal, with that being said I still think the Rasengan does more damage overall.

Rasengan...it is just as lethal as Chidori depending on the user's intent.

And it doesn't require another skill to be effective. It's more versatile also...

I'm going for Rasengan. chidori is more like a piercing tool, while Rasengan is more destructive !

chidori. can electrocute the enemy (make them paralyzed), can also stab through the enemy. also has many variants. chidori stream, senbon, and nagashi. it can also cut and even tame lightning.

Rasengan because no matter what your nature affinity you can combine your element with it.

Chidori is limited just to Raiton, While Rasengan goes with pretty much Any element

you can pierce, electrocute and or paralyze

you can only hit with rasengan

Lava RS cut the whole god tree while sasuke's PS was only able to cut a small branch of God tree with quite difficulty.

Last time base exhausted naruto's Rasengan was able to stalemate with chidori + amaterasu combination.

Kishi has already shown numerous times that base rasengan > base chidori.

Even though chidori is a nature manipulation while rasengan is a shape manipulation yet rasengan is stronger.
