What you are failing to see is that Obito didn't use speed here , do you even know obito's ability?
Sasuke picked up bolt and ran asap/Sasuke is using speed. Obito isn't.

what you are failing to see is that the differences in the situations does nothing to somehow change the fact that Obito only needed 1 arm to carry Sasuke in what is basically the same amount of time it took for Sasuke to do the same with Bolt. Kamui doesn't give someone the physical strength to carry a human being the size of a teen on their shoulders. What is so remarkable about a grown ninja male the size of Adult Obito and Sasuke being able to scoop a kid up?

Sasuke didn't use a jutsu to get to bolt and pick him up.
Obito did , no one even saw when he pick sasuke up........
