Sasuke would be a weak man for his height if he couldn't pick a kid up. Obito had him scooped up on his shoulder when he saved Sasuke from Onoki, and Sasuke was older and probably heavier than Bolt. There's nothing remarkable about it.

Sasuke was already in the other demension all obito did was go in and go out. He didn't need to rush there was no time involved Onoki didn't even know he was getting sasuke....

What you are failing to see is that Obito didn't use speed here , do you even know obito's ability?
Sasuke picked up bolt and ran asap/Sasuke is using speed. Obito isn't.
