I fail to understand why Kakashi cannot substitute with a Raiton Bunshin and then proceed to use Hiding like a mole with his real body. It's not like Ay starts in v2, it takes time to enter it, but Kakashi could do what I am suggesting faster then a 30% Itachi could see him with a Sharingan. So a normal eye won't see him regardless of Itachi having been 30%. Kakashi can grab Ay's leg from beneath while he's shocked, and thus Ay is almost guaranteed to look downwards at Kakashi's eyes, which will be the moment Kakashi puts him in Sharingan Genjutsu. The shroud goes down and Kakashi can kill him with a Raikiri, that is even more refined then the Chidori that pierced his v1 Raiton armor. So Kamui is barely needed, unless something like Liger Bomb is being used and Kakashi needs to kamui his elbow off/Ay is punching down at Kakashi hiding in the ground and he kamui's his arm off, etc.

Less then a second<<<Something too fast for the Sharingan to perceive. You have to be moving at insane speed to disappear to the naked eye, and we are talking about the Sharingan here.

Itachi used Katon, then Kakashi hid underground and made a clone, then he had that clone engage Itachi. Not sure where the claim you are making comes from when Kakashi was underground when he made the clone, and he was even masked by the Katon when he hid underground, unless there is some other 30% Itachi vs. Kakashi fight scene that I seem to be missing here.

Not to mention you are honestly suggesting that Beginning of Part 2 Kakashi is fast enough to evade V2 Ay from 20m, because the only way he's making a Raiton Clone and then swapping out with it is if he's fast enough to move out of the way before Ay gets to him, and God knows that Kakashi isn't capable of that.

You act as if Ei is going to start in V2. Not only did Sasuke catch Kakashi by surprise but Susanoo arrows are faster than Ei in his base plus there were 2 of them. Also his v2 speed is only escaping his los via shunsui his casual moving speed isn't plus he had to sit there and build up chakra to even do that shunsui quit overrating his speed.​

] as a bluff and as a delay for his real self to go underground. Once thats happened he can do the strategy I suggested with Genjutsu and end the fight.

That's not how Kamawari jutsu works. When he makes the clone he will take the place of where the clone would've been spawned, similarly to what Itachi did against Sasuke/Deidara did to Kakashi and Sasuke. So no actual bodily movement is required on Kakashi's part.

). Not to mention if he tries a straight forward attack he'll be sucked right up. You cannot even prove that was even a V2 Raikage for that matters.​

You do know that Obito was in perfect condition and had Kamui and his Gunbai then right? Kakashi beat a tired Obito who couldn't phase through things because he was in his dimension. Take the fight outside and Obito would've stomped him since outside, Kakashi canonically could not win on his own.

Once Kakashi figured out what was up, all he would do is send a clone to the other side and the match would have been Kakashi's.

And even though Raikage had knowledge on Sasuke, he still opted to use V1 and only upgraded when Sasuke used MS. So kakashi would be fine so as long as he doesn't start off with Kamui, which an IC version wouldn't.

That Ei actually began amping up his Raiton Armor hence why you see jagged outlines signifying his Raiton Armor surrounding him as well as his expression, "Hmph!" which indicates effort.
