As Ay never goes pure V2 off the bat cursemark sasuke would put him down with this chidori(enhanced by cursemark)

True, 2-T Sasuke+CM=3-T Sasuke, so it's safe to say that CM Sasuke w/ 3-Tomoe has 2x the precognitive abilities and has better reaction, but that's not proof that he can react to V2 Ay level speeds.

I admit that Sasuke has a chance to win due to the intel. He got into that same clash in that scan with the same knowledge on Sasuke that he has here. He won't know that Black Chidori would be able to pierce through his armor and his skin and probably kill him....

Yes I know, but his feats don't really outclass V1 Ay's, He was still being blitzed by Homing Bombs that are most likely < Ay.

I know they're not the same buy Ay doesn't know that :lol Plus he's going to realize that it most likely is above the class of normal raiton.

LOL. Even with CM, I really doubt Sasuke could react to Ay. He could probably react to direct attacks. Straight forward jabs. Those are too easy to handle. He wouldn't be able to protect himself from other kinds of attacks like he did using susanoo at kage summit. So ay would neg him.

Sasuke beats Tsunade, Mei. Loses to Ay and Onoki.

Gaara is kinda difficult. Sasuke can blitz gaara's sand neg diff. But really only if gaara is on the ground. Gaara can go up in the air with sand. Sasuke wouldn't be able to get him. So I would say if sasuke can blitz him before he leaves the ground, he wins. CM sasuke can fly, but he can't blitz gaara while flying. Sasuke has lightening(earth, sand weak against lightening) though and Kirin. So it's difficult to say.

EDIT: I was only thinking of CM boosting precog. CM should also boost sasuke's speed as well as precog. in which case, he might stand a chance against Raikage. I would still go with raikage though.

That's possible, but then again, he was surprised that Sasuke could touch him at all, so if Ay just charges in like he normally would...I wouldn't be surprised. The only way I'd see him not doing that is if he knew for sure that the attack would kill him.

And it does. It not looking like it didn't doesn't matter, not to mention he doesn't need to outclass V1 Ay. He only needs to be able to react to him. V2 Ay is definitely out of the question.
