Alright, for this one: Do the handseals and focus alot of water chakra to summon a large amount of water, after having summoned the water, use water chakra to manipulate it and transform it to the shape of a snake that crashes down on the target and swallows them.

Note: Skipped Water prison and water slicer, since you've already learned them, Rising water cutter and rising water slicer are the same jutsus.

Do the handseals, concentrate chakra in your mouth then start spitting a stream of water that you form into a 360 degree wall around you.

Or you can just do the handseals and use water that is on the field that you manipulate with your chakra making it rise around you in a 360 degree wall.
