If he does have then he should have done tht with Ay

His eyes became alot better after EMS since he's abke to track jj obito's movements also his speed increased after ssge power up because he outsped JJ Madara

I'll just go with what I've seen in the manga which is both rinnegan genjutsu that were used never needed eye contact.
