8th Gated Gai is over-rated to laughable proportions mostly due to the funny assumptions that JJ has more defense than every other Jin combined. When it's completely false:
- Madara was stabbed clean through by the sword Sasuke teleported in front of him, when V2 Naruto's cloak couldn't be pierced by Orochimaru's sword Kusanagi.
- A Tiny Rasangan with NE infused with it just to bypass TSBs defenses burned a hole through Obito's back, when Naruto in 4 Tails was unharmed after Pain landed a rock straight on his head and his TBB exploded right in his face.
- A Chidori sword clove clean through Madara and severed him in half.
It's only because of TSBs and regenerative capabilities that JJs have any defense, if any at all. Who here thinks that 8th Gated Gai would be able to kill BM Naruto or even KCM Naruto and MS or EMS Sasuke, let alone the higher tiers? Yeah, not happening.
