Years passed since they fought, but there he was - his old friend, the Former Hokage. The two friends had fought for Konoha many times, but the village was no longer the same, and eventually Grey left, without ever looking back. He knew that eventually his past would come back to haunt him.
"Are you here to seek vengeance old friend? For me leaving your precious village?"
Whatever the reason, Grey knew he wouldn't walk out of here without a fight. Knowing what his opponent could do, Grey had to take the upper hand somehow. He formed a singe hand seal and upon doing so two things happen: Snow begins to fall, allowing Grey to sense his opponent's loacation and also bringing the temperature down. The sound of falling snow activates the 1st stage of the illusion and Minato feels the slight breeze and cold.

Barely noticeable at first, as the user keeps using ice techniques, the enemy will further be affected by the illusion. The genjutsu lasts 3 turns, during which the user needs to produce at least 3 Ice techniques (more will not alter the effect), one in each turn (the first one, being the one after the genjutsu). Upon hearing the hissing sound of the 1st Ice technique, the enemy will feel the slight pinch and low intensity needle-like pain associated with cold, mainly on his extremities. Upon hearing the 2nd one, the enemy will lose feeling on his fingers and toes, nose and ears, his mind becomes sluggish, the pain intense and generalized, shivering is present reducing the agility and precision of movement, the cold sensation equivalent to that of a -15ºC atmosphere. Upon hearing the last technique, the effects will be severe. The enemy becomes unable to move his extremities and the pain is the same as if they were entering necrosis. The shivering is unbearable and the mental capacities barely there. Handseals and molding chakra are things hard to accomplish taking into consideration the numbness and sluggish mind. If he fails to release the illusion, his body will shut down and he will lose conscious as his body is fooled into thinking that he just fell into a hipotermic state.

Indeed i'm, but it's also nice to see you old friend, it's been a while.
Minato says these words as the sky begin releasing a steady amount of snow onto the battlefield, then the genjutsu starts to take effect on Minato and immediately a seal glows on the back of Minato's hand, alerting Minato that a foreign chakra entered his body, even though there's no outside visible evidence that a genjutsu has been cast on him, the fact that there was no physical contact between the two or even a chance for his friend to inject chakra into him, it's a definite fact that he is caught in a slow acting genjutsu, as Minato starts feeling the cold breeze.

Description: This technique is a seal that's printed usually on the back of the user's hand, with the mark of "Disruption" in a large Kanji letter, this is a special seal that has only one purpose, which is to alert the user of foreign chakra in which it enters the user's body, which is basically what activates the seal's ability, This seal has some of the user's own chakra and is connected directly to the user's chakra circularity system, therefore when a foreign chakra enters the user's body, the user's chakra inside the seal is disrupted and when the disruption happens it causes the seal glows in a dark red color and surges of red lightning like surges of light, these surges produce a sound that's familiar by the user as well as the bright glowing light alerting the user that a foreign chakra has entered his body, this is a pretty useful technique since it alerts the user of foreign chakra in which inside his body by his opponent the second the foreign chakra enters the body, which is useful in letting the user know that he is under a genjutsu technique used by his opponent, the only downside to this technique is that if the user used the Cursed Seal, Sage Mode, Bijuu Techniques or Eight Internal Gates, the Seal would glow as well since it's a foreign chakra that's not the user's own, thus the user isn't able to know if he's under a genjutsu whilst any of the previously mentioned modes are active.

The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. After breaking out of the genjutsu, Minato takes out 8 Space-time kunais holding them in between his fingers and throwing them towards Grey, 2 of them approaching Grey from above while the others are thrown to cover the area around him (covering a Mid range radius), as he throws the kunais, Minato strings together a few handseals and suddenly multiplying the 8 kunais to a thousand one, equipped with his Flying thunder god formula, covering a large radius in front of him. while at the same time the kunais that were heading towards Grey from above turn into a rain of hundreds of kunais, acting as an attack and also a set up for future plans.

Grey was not surprised his friend escaped his illusion so easily, he was the Hokage after all. A huge smirk on his face appeared... This was going to be an interesting match.
I would've been surprised if you fell for that, but it never hurts to try..
As the kunais multiplied Grew was ready. He formed the Ram hand seal and released a huge blast of wind, destroying anything in its path. The kunais in front and some above Grey would be destroyed, leaving no kunais short range of him. Of course a large number of kunais would go behind and around him, though they would be at least mid range from Grey.

As the wind blast continues forward, without the use of any hand seals whatsoever Grey makes four pillars of water to materialize our of nowhere in a square formation around Minato. The pillars quickly connect as water spikes appear from all 4 walls, impaling Minato.

As the water pillars materialize out of nowhere around Minato, another sealing formula activates, instantly absorbing the water into it and actually using it for his own technique, manifesting the amount of water that the seal has absorbed, and releasing a large bullet of water at Grey's direction, intitially, the intended technique requires Minato the exhale the water himself, but thanks to the seal, the water is manifested from his hands, and even further made more powerful, equivalent to the amount of chakra the seal absorbed from Grey's technique, basically adding a +20 damage points to the water bullet that's heading towards grey at fast speeds.

The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes:
-Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times.
-Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. The rank of the combo is equal to rank of the elemental technique used although becoming a dual elemental technique. Can be used 2 times.
-Touch of Drought: The user will manifest the seal in both his hands and absorb any nearby moisture or water into the seal in a mere moment. This can be used to negate weather patterns such as clouds or mist but also to make it harder to breathe or to drain water sources. This can also be used to, upon touching an enemy, induce a temporary dehydration to the enemy, making him stumble and lose focus as well as stamina and strength, as he feels dizzy and weak. The effects last one turn. Can be used 2 times.
Note: Absorbing a technique counts as a move and can only be done 3 times. Cannot absorb more than one at a time.

It's been a while since i've had a fun battle, it's like everyone these days is obsessed with power, but they don't know that power is not everything.
Grey watched amazed as his water technique was being absorbed within the former Hokage. He was truly a force to be reckon with and a worthy opponent. Grey smirked as Minato released his water at him. "Do you not know? Water doesn't work on me! - And Freeze!" With a clap of his hands, the water almost instantly froze, rendering the technique useless. The Hokage should have known better, that those attacks are useless against Grey, but then again they hadn't see each other in a long time, they were still testing each other out.

As the water froze, Grey formed another hand seal. "Shatter" - whispered Grey as the frozen water now shattered, releasing a circular Hyoton chakra that frezes everything in touches. The entire wasteland was not ice, and the all might Hokage was about to be frozen...for eternity!

As the water bullet freezes, Minato's smile widens, it seems that his friend has gotten stronger, it excited him to see how much stronger is his friend. With that in mind, As Grey shatters the ice to form a wave of freezing ice, Minato reverse summons himself and Grey into the stomach of a giant fire breathing toad, leaving the frozen battlefield behind, as the toad's stomach wraps around Grey and immobilizes his body, it becomes so tight to the point where Grey's bones will be crushed by the walls of the stomach as it immobilizes him completely, Minato is located Mid range from Grey, watching the walls wrap around his friend.

He was in paradise...his frozen wasteland was complete, but then suddenly it was no more. Minato changed the game once again. Grey's chakra sensing snow was no more, nor was his ice, but then again his friend had lost his FTG kunais as well. "That desperate eh." thought Grey as the flesh of the stomach began to bind him in place. "You think this level of attacks can stop me?" His hands and feet became covered in intense cutting wind that cut through the flesh. The cutting wind spread into a low short ranged blast that set Grey free.

~This jutsu does not have a time limit itself for its not just a jutsu but a method of fighting. It can be activated at any period of time and released at any period of time. As long as its active the user is damaged in small amounts. The user can switch between elements, but the user cannot use jutsus of that element they are controlling~

Upon releasing himself Grey saw 3 shadow clones appearing, three of which began running at him. "You have yet to see my power!" shouted Grey as without the need of any hand seals, he uses his Ice Crystal Mirrors technique, however the usual form of the dome is not used. Instead mirrors are formed in a rectangular shape. 7 mirrors make up the left "wall" starting from Grey and ending at Minato, 7 at the right, Two in front of Grey and two infront of Minato. The other 3 mirrors are placed above the two clones running and Minato (since the last clone is at long range the mirros can't reach him so it doesn't matter if I don't know who the real you is, I only attack only those who are at my reach. )
As the mirrors begin to appear Grey has already decided not to merge with them so he jumps back and upon landing the mirrors have already appeared, allowing him to detonate them, creating a large explosion that kills the three Minatos inside. The other clone would not be affected as he is in long range. Same goes for Grey who by jumping back avoids the explosion. The explosion would occur before the clones reach Grey and have the chance to do any damage with the Rasengan.

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

As the mirrors start appearing on top of Minato and his clones that are running at Grey, Minato's clone, who's at long range from Grey taps onto his chest using his right palm, while at the same time, Minato does the same thing to himself, releasing the flying thunder god sealing formula at the center of his own and his clone's bodies.

As Minato switches places with his clone, he takes an FTG kunai into his right hand, seeing how Grey is going to react to Minato escaping one of his traps this easily, as if he was taunting his friend.
