No...Hashirama 100% destroys Nagato

The only technique that has shown being able to actively absorb large amounts of chakra is the Wood Style: Wood Dragon Technique. Others only passively take in natural energy.

Because thats the technique he uses to bind people with. Preta path is not working against any mokuton..


Him being a fake rinnegan carrier, isn't gonna help him either.. as Rinnegan techniques will take a toll on his actual body since hes not an edo tensei anymore.

Reason all that stuff worked with Pain, was highly due to the fact he was stationary, no movement. Against Hashirama hes gonna be moving alot.

Furthermore, he won't be able to tell the difference between wood clones.. and that'll end everything pretty much.

There's no proof that all wood techniques absorb chakra. Also, nothing suggests that Nagato with a healthy body would be like Kakashi with the Mangekyou Sharingan. Nagato is an Uzumaki who Madara specifically chose to carry his eyes because he could handle them well. He's trained most of his life using them and they are always activated meaning he has no problem using them.

As for the wood clones, he can see chakra levels with the Rinnegan, so he can infact determine between real and fake, unless Hashirama splits his chakra evenly, which would be bad for him. Nagato then wouldn't have to care whether or not they are authentic as they'd be worth the same. He also handles close-range combat easily because of the extra mechanical arms, whose lasers and cannons destroy wood from even afar.

Unfortunately, Hashirama has the advantage of using Doton or Mokuton thanks to the Boulders used to form Chibaku Tensei, so Nagato's efforts will be meaningless here if he decides to resort to CT.
