Why couldn't Sasuke kill Naruto at VOTE 2?

Dude even kidnaped the Bijjus and stole their power just to try and kill Naruto but he still couldn't. Dude even stole Kurama's chakra directly from Naruto but still couldn't kill him and instead got a Ryu uppercut and was sent flying. Dude even used a Enton Chidori against Naruto's base Rasengan, while having downward momentum on his side and while Naruto had to fight gravity and jump up but still couldn't kill him? This was just after his poor performance against Kaguya too...smh Sasuke, smh.

OP: Same reaction i had when i went through these chapters. Sasuke is really really inferior to naruto. Its a fact that naruto had low chakra at that time while sasuke saved his most of chakra during kaguya. and the most funiest part is that naruto didnt even had intent of killing sasuke so he didnt go full against sasuke while sasuke intention was to kill naruto
