No she isn't, Tsunade and Sakura's fighting style revolved around the mechanics of the sharrigan. Sarada just doesn't have to be as analytical as her mother, because of her sharrigan

Madara had an array of Katon that Itachi nor Sasuke used aswell as Mokuton. Sasuke has Raiton. You can't bar Chidori when Chidori and it's variations are Sasuke's most used technique lol. Atleast their given techniques were slightly different eg. Susanoo, Itachi had sword of totsuke and Sasuke had arrows and wings.
Madara, Itachi and Sasuke were different enough to keep it interesting.

Dai, Gai, & Lee all are assumed to have terrible chakra control so their fighting style couldn't be helped.

Sasukesama, Madara, & Itachi all hail from the same clan, so it makes sense to have similar fighting styles.

Tsunade's fighting style is boring, her and Sakura possess mediocre speed and likely Sarada also. She will probably inherit her stepmother's uselessness, what a pity.

And so what, strength is as natural as Sarada having a sharigan , she is Sakura's daughter, ofcourse she would have her chakra control.
