Last time i checked only Madara, izuna, hashi, and tobirama where worth mentioning. And Kid madara with out 3 tomoe was killing joinin Senju. The 2 were only the best because of the leaders (i.e. madara and hashira etc). Uchiha with out ms are nothing serious and plenty other clans beat 3 tomoe users. MS and EMS are excluded for killing purposes of there own family and friends..
