Nothing will make me happier if it turns out to be true that Sakura is only the Uchiha nanny, a rebound, or if you want to put it, a maid; and that Sasuke apparently cheated on her with Karin. However, I don't think that I will lose my bet on Sakura being the true mother. Even in the latest Gaiden 709, everything is pointing towards SSS reuniting as a happy family.

Either way Sakura is her mother and Sasuke's wife, he showed that he loves and cares for her on many occasions, whether Sarada is a test-tube baby or not, Sakura would still be the Uchiha first lady, nothing less.

Not necessarily. The healthiest way for both Karin and Sasucakes -if we want Karin to be the bio mom yes or yes- is Karin being surrogate or her and Sasucakes separating on good terms before he got married with Sakura. Karin being the "abandoned mistress that to add insult to injury discarded her baby because A. Sasuke said so or B. never cared for the baby and just wanted Sasucake´s D" actually sh!ts more on her /still shudders at Zeezzay´s horrific theory from last week.

I don´t particularly like Karin character but throwing her to the wolves just to "spite the pink bish" is terrible.
