What's the deal Sasuke?

Ok so we've been seeing more of adult Sasuke and tbh I think he looks stupid with his arm missing and that sleeve just flapping in the air. Do you think he should/would get his arm back or are you cool with the flap?

No he should be left with one arm because he was a fool to not accept Sakura's Prosthetic Arm in Chapter 699 and the flap actually looks pretty cool.

I think he chose to keep it missing as some sort of atonement or reminder of his past. Although I think it's possible for him to move on after the movie and accept a new arm / regeneration.

He still solos with one arm though.

I like it. And honestly, most of the techniques that require his hands only requires just one.
Most of his jutsus are eye-related and I think it's neat that he keeps it as a reminder. A cursed privilege in a weird way.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not downplaying his abilities but logically, wouldn't he be capable of more with his dominant arm back? Also that flap takes away from his badassery no?
