Well thats not true at all, sasuke has no jutsu that has as much raw power as narutos multiple bijudama rasenshuriken, and thats just one of narutos many destructive jutsus

Naruto with full bijuu chakra with added Senjutsu outmatches Sasuke by miles.
During their fight at Vote 2, Sasuke absorbed the chakra of all 9 bijuu and poured it all into one attack. (Indra's Arrow)
Naruto used Senjutsu to close the gap, even though he only had a little chakra left.
Sasuke does not have that much chakra/power on his own.

Perfect Susanoo is a variant of Susanoo, getting perfect Susanoo is mastering Susanoo. If he masted it on the spot it would have been PS when he first used it on Gaara.
He used Chibaku Tensei on Kaguya before he mastered it and he was powered up by Ridoku Chakra during that time which invalids the feat anyway, unless you want to agree Kakashi is the only one who mastered Susanoo on the spot because his first use was the final perfect form? Didn't think so.
Enton was first used on Raikage. He later mastered it when he fused it with Narutos Rasenshuriken in war arc.
The others are all with Ridoku chakra. Nice try though.

He didn't know he could use PS until Hashirama told him the story. He used it without previous training/attempts at it. That was one the spot.

Chibaku Tensei used on Kaguya was actually cast by Hagoromo, which was channeled via Sun/Moon seals on Naruto/Sasuke.
Sasuke never had previous training with Chibaku Tensei, he only knew it was possible. He learned it to do it himself on the spot.

Yeah, he was able to mold Enton around his Susanoo during the Raigake fight. There were no previous attempts at learning it. That was on the spot and also split second timing.

Rinnegan Genjutsu is a new form of Genjutsu. Just like how there's a clear difference between Sharingan Genjutsu and Tsukuyomi.

@bold How do you know that? Do you have information on every jutsu in Sasuke's arsenal? If no, then just please don't talk BS.

Firstly, Sasuke didn't absorb the chakra from the 9 Bijuus in himself. He only collected them within Susanoo. Secondly, he didn't collect the entire pool of chakra of the 9 Bijuus. Only a part of it was extracted. Thirdly, all the chakra of the 9 Bijuus wasn't used in the attack. Only a portion of it was used and the remaining chakra got wasted after the clash of Indra's Arrow and the supercharged Bijuudama Rasenshurikens since the vessel holding them (Susanoo) got destroyed. Fourthly, the Bijuus were just an alternative source of chakra which Sasuke used to compensate for his lacking Six Paths chakra because he was extremely low on or completely out of Six Paths chakra, and because of that he couldn't create his most powerful Susanoo (known as BijuuPS) or use his most powerful technique (Indra's Arrow), so he acquired the Bijuus chakra to use them since its equally as potent as his Six Paths chakra.
Sasuke's Six Paths Yin chakra = Naruto's Six Paths Yang chakra empowered by Senjutsu (Kurama is associated within).
Since Sasuke was out of Six Paths chakra and Naruto still had his supplies thanks to Kurama and the other Bijuus, to continue the fight with his maximum power, he absorbed the Bijuus chakra since it was equally strong, so the alternate was:
Bijuus chakra = Naruto's Six Paths Yang chakra empowered by Senjutsu (Kurama is associated within).
Naruto gets no advantage by the absence of Bijuus for Sasuke (in a fresh start).
Sasuke doesn't have that much chakra since he doesn't have the Bijuus in him like Naruto has (especially since Naruto now has full Kurama so he has even more chakra than before), so Naruto can last longer without refilling. But Sasuke has rivaling power to Naruto's. Plus, Sasuke has a lot of other advantages to parallel Naruto's greater amount of chakra. So in a fresh start, Naruto's higher chakra levels won't be that useful since both of them will have enough chakra to fight each other at their maximum power but Sasuke's other advantages will be much more useful and make him dominant.

Sasuke doesn't "naturally" possess chakra that rivals the Bijuus combined. However, Hagoromo naturally possesses the chakra that rivals the Bijuus combined because he was born with chakra purely derived from the Juubi (Kaguya) which is equal to Bijuus combined. And he endowed Sasuke with that chakra (the Six Paths chakra I was referring to which rivals the Bijuus). So in that sense, Sasuke does "naturally" possess chakra rivaling the Bijuus since it's in Sasuke's permanent possession now.
Logical and factual derivation and proof of Sasuke's Six Paths chakra equality to combined Bijuus chakra:
1. Combined chakra of all the Bijuus = Juubi's chakra (Obvious manga fact, no explanation needed)
2. Juubi's chakra = Six Paths Senjutsu chakra (Madara actually possessed the Juubi's chakra which he referred to as Six Paths Senjutsu chakra like Naruto, showing their congruence)

3. Six Paths Senjutsu chakra = Naruto's Six Paths Yang chakra empowered by Senjutsu (Naruto technically gained the latter which is actually the former as Madara stated, same things, just differentiated for a clearer perspective)

Hagoromo and Hamura only had a fraction of chakra that Kaguya/Juubi possessed, not equivalent to it.
On his deathbed, Hagoromo split that chakra into 9 bijuu. He no longer possesses that much chakra.
He only gave Naruto and Sasuke sage's chakra which has special properties. How much he gave to both is never specified, but it's not equivalent to the Juubi. Secondly, he would have distributed it equally, which means Naruto would still have a superior chakra pool enhanced from the other Bijuu.
