Tsunade admitted she wouldn't regenerate from it; there's no reason to believe she's wrong or is lying.
She may be able to survive, but the most resistance she'd be able to put up is attempting to regenerate, but she'd end up coughing a lot of blood and thus, her battle style would degrade severely as it did against Madara's V3 Susano'o b/c her regeneration will not be able to keep up with FRS's cellular damage.

No she said her medical ninjutsu couldn't heal it.
Byakugou is totally different, her being impaled cut her chakra network , but she someone regenerated perfectly

^ I really hope U guys are being disingenuous out of bias for Tsunade & dont actually believe that a jutsu that ''destroys the chakra network on a cellular level''(there was even artwork to explain it in the panel too) can be healed by byakugou.
byakugoy is not ''different''; that is a bold faced lie. all healing is the same.
and regeneration has proven to be a redundant term, if thats what you would try to use to dispute the synonymy of the 2 terms.

U can't have chakra w/o a chakra network, U just die.

The only difference between a generic ''mystic palm'' & byakugou is that the former is active chakra flow & can't reach vital organs, while the latter is passive chakra flow & can reach all vital areas as long as the heart & brain(and the chakra network!!!) are intact

Byakugo is a form of medical ninjutsu. She said that no form of medical ninjutsu can repair injuries from Rasen Shuriken, ergo she can't regenerate from RS via Byakugo. It's really simple and doesn't take much thought tbh...

Byakugo is cell reproduction at a really fast rate.
FRS destroys your cells.
Basically after Tsunade or Sakura get hit there will be no cells to reproduce due to the fact they will all be destroyed.

Byakugou is not healing, it is regeneration. Tsunade admit she cannot heal Naruto's hands, she cannot apply regeneration onto other people.

mystic palm is byakugou
..and FRS destroys literally everything, down to the smallest cells. the heart, the brain, the chakra network. all cells become simultaneously damaged & die from loss of critical function.

healing =/= regeneration in this manga.
Words of the former best medic ninja and person who invented the technique will be better than yours in that regard mate.
all of those cells can be replaced via byakugou, similar to how Byakugou has the capability to counter poison. It is the ultimate medical ninjutsu technique, far above your normal healing. Not enough stuff is mentioned about Byakugou for me to go into a detailed discussion, but if they do clash in the manga , winner will most likely end up being Byakugou.
Her chakra network was "destroyed" many times , and she has proceeded to get back into it still.

No it didn't.
OT: frs kills her. Cell regeneration only begins after the chakra in her forehead flows throughout her body. That's not happening when her cellular network is destroyed.
