Naruto doesn't have RSM anymore making him way weaker than he was in vote 2, but Sasuke on the other hand has greatly upped his game. He has shadows clones, new blade techniques, and brand new space time jutsu. Currently there is no contest between the two sasuke is simply just better then that kid.

Correct, Sasuke is significantly stronger than Naruto, he has shown tremendous improvement.

Sasuke has developed his Rinnegan far enough to jump dimensions which only Kaguya has been shown to be able do on top of that he has shown he can perform hand seals with one hand even while holding his sword - Lightning style against Kid Shin, and Fire style against Adult Shin, futhermore he used Amenotejikara twice in a few seconds with no sign of being exhausted even while being weakened from dimension jumping - He teleported Kid Shin, and then he teleported his sword back to himself.

And in the new trailer he created several Shadow Clones with no Hand Seals, and has some new type of Sword Technique. Major improvements.

Whereas Naruto was peirced by a sword, thus showing his reflexes/battle sense have dulled, which the Kyuubi pointed out, and Naruto admitted, and has shown nothing new.

He has rsm.
Databook shows that he's using rikudou chakra when his eyes lose pigmentation but he's still using senjutsu (like when he saved guy ).No tsbs were present. Naruto showed this against shin.
After Naruto fought in vote the second time he gained full kurama and improved his skill as seen in the last. Naruto got rusty but he's still ahead of his vote 2 self in sheer power and skill just lost some battle instinct from being in an office for hours and playing tag with his son.

Kurama criticized Naruto's lack of battle instinct in comparison to before and told him to make light of the sword in him. If Sasuke didn't jump into Narutos cloak things wouldn't have gone downhill, and that's what we call plot, if the situation continued without that one instant than the majority of gaidens plot would've been sped up. Sasuke can travel dimensions but he loses eye power alot, Naruto was surprised that Sasuke would lose eye power (another example of Naruto overestimating him).Naruto was ahead of Sasuke at vote 2 which is undeniable (naruto was tired and didn't take the fight seriously til sasuke used bijuu, Sasuke threw everthing at him and Naruto was just aiming to stalemate ).Of course Sasuke had to improve alot, but so has Naruto.
Both have showed better control of what they were given in war, dojutsu and tailed beast power usage.
One can't say Naruto is weak when he wasn't even put into a serious battle where he isn't in charge of protecting kids and taking prisoner.

Sasuke has improved but not to the point where these improvements are immensely larger than the gain of having the chakra of nine bijuus, and even If they were Naruto gained full Kurama and fought toneri (who used tsb and cut the moon ).Naruto gained atleast two years of using bijuu power as evidenced by his fist jutsu and kurama releasing,in the war naruto only had these powers for day. Rikudou chakra is permanent, and Naruto's bijuu power is too (the sage knew he was going to fight sasuke but still stressed the longevity of the chakra by emphasizing the fact that Naruto is the meeting place )They meet by using the chakra in him so it's still there. Naruto and Sasuke both made gains since their last fight so no body can really say if Sasuke is stronger
