I have read the other chapters and Sujiro has lightning.

I think some user, Chacha i think mentioned that it could be fire because of something that happened in a chapter onwards.
When Cho got his arm cutted off by Sujiro. Sujiro later told him that he could not stop the bleeding due to not possessing the Fire element so people started wondering that Shura might be the one having the Fire element which is still to be revealed.

After getting some PM's and be asked in the thread so many times it gets boring.
