Doesn't Oro has good Chance to unlock Rinnegan? (if he already didnt)

okay if i remember correctly in order to unlock Rinnegan u need to have EMS, Ashura/Indra DNA... right?
lets see what Oro has... he created Uchiha Shin Shinobi with MS and Made his clones, but they arent just normal clones...

thats means he can handle any clan DNA and not failed like Danzo( we all know he failed to control Hashi DNA)

now lets see how Oro can get Rinnegan if he already didn't!!!

1)Take Over Shin body(which has MS)
2)Use another Shin's eyes to unlock EMS(we already know they are like Twins)
3)Add Asura's descendants Hashirama Senju's DNA(which Oro has tons of it)
4)Add Indra's descendants Madara/Sasuke Uchihas(there are two ways how Oro would get 1st just like Kabuto did it,maybe only reason Kabuto had it was Orochi. 2nd he stole maddy's dead Body after war,we have no idea where body gone...after all this there still is one more option:Sasuke Uchiha,He was Orochi's Student since Childhood so he Should have his DNA)
5)If Oro merges all this things and its not hard for him,he should get The Rinnegan!!!

Yes, but I doubt the owner would lose to oro tho. We already seen sasuke in oro's ritual and solo oro in his own game, and that was hebi sasuke

Rinnegan is an ultimate dojutsu, someone who doesn't have even one dojutsu is not awakening it at all. And it took madara a life time to awaken it

He could do all that you mentioned but he is too lazy or Kishi is purposely holding him back.
